you are melee , damage base magic is not usefull coz you lack of magic base damage + phase elemental damage boost (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

Just having it on spell bar. Not using it at all.

It is a tough job for his level, especially when he do not have a backup weapon.
I remember when I first IW my weapon from Lv0 to Lv10 make my level went up by 15 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

I'd like to level up my equipment but each run in item world (Normal difficulty/Average equipment) is about 78 rounds. Better equipment will undoubtedly require a higher number of rounds. Also low difficulty will barely yield much exp but I can't handle high difficulty. Is there any good way to level up equipment using Item World?

Level up and get yourself a decent set of quipment, it's simply not worth your time to Item World because you'll be replacing your equipments very soon anyway. Item Worlding a level will give you a maximum of 2% extra damage or 4% elemental resistance at most, getting better gear will have way more effect on your overall stats than leveling your equipment.

I suggest you hop over to Wolfgirl's Free shop to get yourself a decent starting set and to only IW if you can clear it on a difficulty higher than Hell.

As erwtsnert said, it's worthless to do IW an equipment at your level.
It wastes your precious time, and the equip may be thrown out shortly after a few day.
You can level up twice, even three times faster when you focus on arena and grindfest.

That's still sounds like joke for me. My old Axe (that one from nobody) has 167 rounds. It takes me around 1h on Hard but I probably would do this one on Nightmare but nothing harder. How you guys doing mag+ eq on IWTBH ? Sounds unreal for me.

Well... as you know, there are powerful mages run it in 20 min. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I had once tried an exquisite equip at your level on Hell, and I remember that it took about 2~2.5 hour.
It was a crazy thing...
And now, I can run IW with legendary one in 65~70 min on IWBTH.

Enough level and proper equips may enable that. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I can manage 20 mins on BT, soon and I'll be able to do a 20min IWBTH run (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

It's just honestly about levels and gear though, once you get a set of mag+ gear and most abilities maxed out you'll just whiff through them.

Only for melee though, you should do just fine as a mage even with ridiculous amounts of ping. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I personally think latency is one of the reasons some people mage.

Time a run of both, divide experience by time spent. There you go, now you know which one is better (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Ofcourse, if you want to do something else while doing an IW run (Watch a show or something) you might want to go with BT.
