Isn't that worse then chrome/iron incognito mode?

The wiki says at level 200 and 0 proficiency. My supportive proficiency is 170.

full cure heal 100%(you got that when reach lvl 220, prof doesn't matter)

when i play HV now, i often got
"Failed to initialize player state. Try again later."

is something wrong happen at my browser? or you guys also get those?
