For one level? No.

The amount you end up spending on IW services depends on whether you're aiming for a specific combination of potencies and your luck. Which potencies you get are mostly random, so if you're unlucky you could end up paying for many IW runs to get what you want.

If you use Niten, what do you use it for?

I have been playing around with 2H, DW, light, and heavy (mostly building proficiencies) and am back to my Niten (sig not updated). I can't tell if it is the fastest, first round always sucks, but once I have my overcharge built up it feels smooth. A problem I have noticed is that I seem to be burning more pots with it than any combination of the others.

DW seems safest, no matter the armor and 2H seems good too, specially for larger groups, just seeing if Niten can do the job these two can or just use it for fast arena clears (which seems possible for me, better than my 2H anyways)

Also, if anyone knows about Overpower potency, if i get it on two weapons, will they be stacked to give me 40% counter parry?

Of everything I have tried it's the fastest, a mag+ estoc might beat it at the arena challenges or IW/GF, DW might be faster for the schoolgirls, but I feel Niten has the fastest overall clearing of waves.

DW and Niten are very close when it comes to defensive stats, Niten might even beat DW because it has build-in attack speed. Parry is about the same thanks to the parry from 2H proficiency. Out of the three, only 2H with mace is safer. 1H with a good shield is an unmoving tank, but you don't seem to use that.

And yes, I believe they do stack.

The arctic one is better, burden/interference on Niten is low enough to ignore or completely remove with a featherweight anyway. If you've got the patience to level the arctic waki it's way better even.

for player who want quickly finish arena => as long as it ethereal and got highest damage. anything is fine.(estoc much preferable)

There's hope for us all. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) If you are not feeling the credit pinch, you should keep it. They are tough to find in the WTS and fetch a premium but who knows if you will get another from your critters. So far, I seem to get gifted once only for any of the more desirable items, Crystallized Phazon being the latest (already sold).

It's difficulty to compare because I have a very bad ping/computer... I did T&T in ~50m with 1H, but I was 10 levels above you...

I don't have cleared T&T with mace yet... only New Wings, don't have timed but I'm sure it was slower than my 1H set... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

i don't know if 1H really faster than 2H but the logic is: 2H can clear normal arena faster than 1H so i just think 2H is faster.
but on higher difficulty, 1H also not bad. with 1H skill Merciful Blow, boss will be died instanly under 25% HP and Overwhelming Strikes also awesome.
so i't really hard to decide without try it.
well. i'll know the answer after try 1H myself.
and i also play on normal a lot. so i prefer 2H (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

well I tried all sets but I found 2H best for normal difficulty rounds (aoe dmg always op), 1H best for high difficult (cuz you never die and spirit stance never fails if you have over 200 proficiency) and 2H best for clearing ToB real quick (bleeding deals more dmg to spaghetti monster than my void dmg...). I never run arenas that takes more than an hour btw, im too lazy.

P.S. I think it all depends on your item qualities, like having legendary armour for my 1H made me almost invincible even in PFUDOR difficulty...
