@Amalyne QUOTE(erwtsnert @ Sep 16 2013, 16:47) Pretty much all superiors and below nowadays are auto-bazaar except for maybe phase, power and shade. A good superior power of slaughter is still worth a bunch. Phase and shade are OK-ish with max offensive stats when superior. All exquisite+ items can be sold to salvagers, or you can salvage it yourself. I wouldn't say that there's an auto-bazaar item type.
Agree with that shortlist. And the fact that Exquisite + is the line for saving/bazaaring. If you like, add this gear for a closer review: ethereal weapons (easy to do). Shields with Barrier suffix? Power of Protection? Plate of Protection? Oh yeah, and elemental strike weapons. I could go on. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) I would also keep any weapon when it's the best you own of that type. As well as all slots of phase, power of slaughter and protection, all 4 types of shade AND plate of protection armors. That is..if the very best club you own is just a Superior Club of Slaughter, keep it. Same for the different armors. Someday, if you want to try out that style, or some new idea, you'll appreciate having a convenient set of items to try out. Doing this has been very helpful for me, especially for shields and staffs, 2 things I knew nothing about for a very long time. At your level, this advice is probably not very important, you should already have a ton of Exquisite+ gear. But for lower level players, it's definitely worth keeping in mind.

I often see pony hammering down the machine, recently. I guess its the server problem, but whats causing the server down? Bunch of newbies flooded into the game or something?

That's not specific HV question, but more of networking question.
There are many things that can make network acting up. Router problem, failing hard-disk, failing cables, unadequate resources, or a bunch of wrong codes gotten executed. Sometimes, we don't know which of it is causing the current problem, that's why we often got a network admin. Experienced network admin can quickly determine what's the cause of problem so that fixes can be quickly applied. This make the presence of some experienced admin can reduce possible downtime.
True that flooding can cause problem, but that's only one of many.

I made it to 325 with 11 slots (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) No IWBTH IW ofcourse, but hey, doing it on hell or nintendo doesn't even take any longer. Just drains stamina somewhat. You can do just fine on IWBTH without maxed slots, but you do need to be careful initially. After a bit you know how many pots you need per arena and you can blast through them just fine.

Slowly, one enemy at a time (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) well 1H with shield in marathon actually also not really bad. hmm. i'll learn about 1H more. edit: whatever i'll just don't give a damn about marathon for now. focus lvling my char and become battle mage first so i can cover my style "mana eater" first and figure it out the rest after that. I tried doing an IW on nintendo on a superior/147 round item.
I think i died around round 110/147 because i got triple crit with skills(it wasn't even allot of damage, just 7k total but i didn't have SS on), i was just unlucky. I did make it there without using any pots cos i'm cheap like that.
I should be able to do IWBTH IW now if use spirit shield and quaff some mana pots and get a little more damage.

Level 250+ is the proper for high difficulty IW? Hmmm, that's a long waiting time. I don't think I can play without a void weapon lately without stressing myself.
for common mobs, how many hit you give to each of them before it died? Playing PFUDOR on first arena show me I need to hit them 40 times before it yield. I was using rapier on 1H/heavy. I was also accidentally playing PFUDOR on hourly with my DW. Against 7 mobs, I died once, and drag the round until 110 turns before I win. Weak enough?

So i just noticed something for the very first time this very moment and want to know if I am just slow or is this a feature or I need to pay attention to what I download.
Basically, I was looking at a piece of equipment, put it on a pop-out window (using the c button) and then I noticed that when my cursor when over some numbers a question mark was at the bottom of it...and then if I waited a second a number would show up at the base stat.
So here is the question, does this work for everyone? Is it possible I downloaded some stats program and never noticed?
