Could I get some help calculating the base stats of stuff with IW potencies? Basically, how much does butcher add per level?

Just got this Exquisite Fiery Redwood Staff of Surtr and... is this actually a decent staff? I mean, the prefix and suffix match, and almost Exmax MDB, higher than wiki max magic crit chance, and moderate (not great but not rock bottom) rolls for fire damage, wis, and int. Did something remotely valuable actually drop for me? o_O

Edit: reason I'm asking is because I'm not a mage, so I'm not really savvy on everything that mages truly look for, and how much, but I've tried to pay attention about their equipment as best as I can for not experiencing it myself.

i think that staff is good. expecially to fire mage. because it got fiery and Surtr.

Are there any types of items that are auto go to the bazaar? Like would I ever have to think twice about selling all my daggers to the bazaar or are there people that will buy the daggers? It would make inventory management a lot easier if there were a group of items or prefixes/suffixes that would automatically be trash fodder. Thanks.

Pretty much all superiors and below nowadays are auto-bazaar except for maybe phase, power and shade. A good superior power of slaughter is still worth a bunch. Phase and shade are OK-ish with max offensive stats when superior. All exquisite+ items can be sold to salvagers, or you can salvage it yourself. I wouldn't say that there's an auto-bazaar item type.
