These are my stats and equipment, tell me if you notice something wrong.
Staff's fine, though I would think twice about sinking enormous piles of mats into it. I used a similar staff for over 100 levels and it served me well for quite some time (using Arctic Destruction now). Look for a Fiery Surtr or Fiery Destruction staff as far as endgame weapons go. Your phase can use some work, but I don't believe that it is the problem (or at least, it would have you doing BT rather than IWBTH instead of Hell rather than IWBTH).
If you don't have Pack Rat topped off, consider doing so. More Heroic Mana Pots means more sustainability.
As far as abilities go, I see you've got the HP/MP/SP tank and cloth MP tank abilities already (and I can only presume you've maxed Conflagration/Sorcery/Elementalism/Archmage). If you don't have the potion improvement abilities for the pots you use, get them. Better Mana Pots makes pots heal a lot more. Get all the boosts for the supportive spells you use (which should be basically all of them to mage IWBTH, except maybe Absorb), if you don't already have them, and if you've got spare mastery points get Shocking Spike Shield (the elec proc buffs Fire spells).
But most importantly, you aren't Imperiling enough to play IWBTH, or your Deprecating wouldn't be 33. You absolutely need both Better and Faster Imperil as high as you can get them and you should throw them at anything that won't die nice and quickly. I start probably 90%+ of rounds with an Imperil (the rest are pure trash mob rounds that will mostly die to T2+T3). Probably 30% of rounds end up with everything Imperiled, and that will go up dramatically once I hit 310 and can spam it 0 CD.
Whenever you finish an arena with more than half your pots left, try it one difficulty up next time, and keep doing it there until you once again clear it with more than half your pots. You'll get used to the mobs on BT/IWBTH pretty soon if you aren't already familiar with the bastards.

Mages don't have that luxury, unfortunately. Tenboro's called IW Potencies perhaps his greatest troll for a reason. . .
