Is it worth it to use my Slaughter bindings on my off-hand weapon (Rapier)? Or should I just put them all in my main-hand (Club)?

I already have 100% Offhand Strike, so they won't be wasted, but... I dunno, what do you think?

main hand unless you've maxed it. Then better to do your 2 handers if any. Offhand is only 50% damage, and the wdb gains from forging will be pretty gimp for a balance rapier.

This is screenshot of my 2nd monster.
When I increased elemental defences of my 1st monster corresponding numbers in the rightmost column was going up. When I increased main attributes, corresponding numbers did not change . I thought that was intended behavior. At first when i increase main attributes of 2nd monster (int and end) corresponding numbers also was not changing. But when I incresed wis corresponding number started to increase. Why does attribute score sometimes change and sometimes don't? Is it a bug? Or was i doing something wrong?

Are you saying that for the celestial, when you increased intelligence and endurance they remained at 100 and 50, but then after increasing wisdom, they went up like they should have? That would be unintended.

If not and you mean they still haven't increased, then I think you mustn't have taken notice, because the numbers look find to me.
Humanoid starting STR = 50
Celestial starting INT = 100, END = 50
"For primary stats every point increases the stat by 1/10th of the base value (but always between 6 and 10)"
