Will most everyone go from elemental to holy/dark? I am wondering cuz I am holding on to some random phase and staffs, not to use but to eventually sell, but if it's all holy/dark, I might as well trim some of my stuff.

LvL 300+ that use elemental is only n125 now ( since hito don't play HV anymore ) i think (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Maybe there are another high lvl player that use elemental , but it's very rare .

What magic attacks do the you high level mages use most often?

If I have mana conservation through economizer/focus staff, Ragnarok+Banish

If no mana conservation, Pestilence/Purge until someone gets coalesced. If coalesced, Ragnarok/Banish

First off, congrats on your first Legendary equip.

Second, nobody (and I mean nobody) really wants leather. Kevlar and Shade, yes. Leather? Best try your luck salvaging or selling directly to the Bazaar. Or I suppose you could try wearing it yourself. Why not? All 6 PABs ain't half bad.

Or, actually, keep it. Yes, keep it. TenB might actually pull something off in the next patch that makes it good.

Not really. It isn't troll (Evade/PABs are great), but it's not going to net you tons of credits (since the prof has to be very high to be worth money). Keep it past 0.76 though, since it might actually make Gossamer worth a bit more (kind of doubt it though, it'll be going from straight up damage to god only knows what, which means it no longer tries to do the same thing as Phase, just worse).

So, someone with salvaging experience: What would be best, to try and sell Exquisite Phase Cap of Fenrir or to salvage it and hopefully get some Phazons back?

Hi guys. I've just played HV for around 10 days and I think I'm kinda rushing it and made some mistakes.
There are some questions I want to ask :

1. Is proficiency really important ?
Since they aren't really boost your stats, and from what I can see, the most important proficieny is the weapon proficiency to unlock the second/third tier of the skill. (I'm a heavy melee dualwielder and only have around 50 for dualwielding and around 30 for heavy armor)

2. What are the best items to take with 7 item slots for clearing arena ?
I currently take 5 health pots and 2 mana pots (both godly)

3. What are the best kind of equips to wear?
a. Power equips. Higher damage and can kill enemies faster, but take more damage and not that good when against many monsters.
b. High mitigation equips, or
c. High endurance bonus equips? I'm currently wearing all equips with high endurance bonus.

1. You should search the thread b4 asking. Proficiency isn't that important since they catch up to you eventually. You're welcome to grind it up if you want that boost in power but only if you have the time or feel you need it.

2. It varies from person to person and its different depending on your level. Find what fits you best at your level and roll with it.

3. High mitigation is best IMHO because it's much cheaper than good power of slaughter. Usually you want to find high pmi with high end.
