No, not at all. The real life time consuming between Mega and Melee can cover this gap and eventually, Mega have an overall advantage.
However, depends on you ping, if your ping is less than 100MS, then, the story is totally different. You can enjoy the best fighting style in HV, one-handed. Just get urself a good rapier and a a tower shield of barrier plus a mix of shieding prefix plate+power of slaughter, possibly do some upgrade on the block chance, with a total investment of 5-10 million plus the level is no lower than 320, I guess nothing can stand in your way and you can fight even fast then Mega.

Most of it's is pretty much what PK says - I used to be close to cresting round 1900 in grindfest around sixty levels ago, now I can't crest even 900 half the time. And before the PL scaling change I was far stronger than that. This is despite constantly upgrading my gear (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

When it comes to prof it took me quarter a day to grind up my dark proficiencies, and a day to grind up melee prof(to 250). Annoying, but it's not the end of the world. As for abilities, 330 is way too high if you account for ability boost. I maxed my OC tanks quite a while ago (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

And I don't get what you point at with gear prices. Are melee gears so cheap you can buy them for 200k instead of 2 mil and have the 200k be worth forging?

As for time consuming, properly outfitted melee >properly outfitted mage on high difficulties. HTTP does iwbth rounds faster than I do BT on great stamina (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

well, the best way to test if what I'm saying is true or not is fight as a melee until you reach LV320. But, I guess you will not do so, rihgt? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
btw, not every one will happy to stay in low level,keep low stamina to keep the superiority of being a element Mega. Not even talk about shrine so many artifacts. Your saute can not pass a "normal person test". To be honest, you are more or less like a bug user. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) or using Protection as melee before it was changed. Melee for me certainly works better than mage with gears worth less as far as doing iwbth goes - I've started preparing for adaptive droprate though the gear is still quite inferior. But for now, my precious mobs <3.

Do please define a regular user? You certainly aren't one either.

And I wasn't including artifacts. It takes 252 AP to max OC, MP, SP, HP. Minimums such as 4 levels of focused aura, X-item, magic, attack, regen2, cure2, Protection, Haste, Spark of Life, Heartseeker, Arcane Focus will cost 32 AP more. 10 additional AP for Shadow Veil and Spirit shield, 12 additional for 2 tiers of offensive spells would be total 306 AP. 66 levels of ability boost would enable this at level 250.

come on, don't be a shy to be called bug user. It is an honor that you can found some not so critical bug and use them to take advantage. Do you know SYH617? He also found something amazing though his founding may not as great as you.
I'm not talking about the regular user, basically, any player who hits LV350 should be a hardcore player. What I want to say is a "normal person test". I mean, it is definitely not normal for a player who hits 280 can have more than 28M credit plus owning a 900PL monster with almost full chaos token.
I'm afraid the satiation is not that simple. 1st, 12 points extra for soul T1 and T2, second, where is the points for debuff? Or you don't need debuff at all?Where are the points for item/infusion slot? Finally, the resistance points. At least, you have to full holy, dark and soul.
Therefore, I have saw so many players who hit LV300 and try to fight both Mega and melee but have not enough ab points.

Hm. Problem with that is the definition: I would say that normal giving less exp or low stamina doing likewise with great stamina giving lot of exp is quite intended, not a bug.

A bug however would be, spells you can't cast due lack of MP still taking up turns.

A regular player doesn't hit 350 or even 300, though. Even I haven't reached that high yet.

Triggers below hell, and reduces the drop rate for each round you do, while the drop rate otherwise regenerates itself.

Well, I guess if English is not so hard for we Chinese to learn, I can found more than 50 players to come here to say that your statue is far more than a player that has a level around 280.
oh yeah, finally I found what is missing.....
EXP TANK....No wonder why I feel there is something wrong.

i don't quite get the underlined part.

does that mean that doing GF/IW at easy-nightmare will make the drop rate decrease as you go on instead of going up (capped at round 100)?
or is it a global thing that takes in account all your daily activity and takes time to kick in, not affecting too much players which don't play many rounds at lower difficulties?

Global, daily thing. It's ok to play some rounds but the more you play on low difficulties the more your drop rate drops. Judging from stamina, this rate will regenerate at x per minute.

i guess it won't affect me much since i mostly play at nintendo+ even if i also do a couple of normfests per day.

is it known yet if this modifier will be visible somewhere, like just below stamina, or it's going to be an hidden variable?

i just hope that the drop rate won't go down at the same speed for any difficulty level that is below hell.
it should be depleted faster at easy/normal and slow down as the difficulty goes up to nightmare.

it gives that wisdom gives you +1 to mana only 3 times every 4 points. intelligence gives you +1 mana once every 4 points.
