You don't need absorb yet ... kevlar is good , but if you really want to use light armor till the end , get shade ( shadowdancer or fleet ) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Try to get ethereal club ... Those katalox is good but cannot sell for high amount of Cr coz it lack of PAB ( WIS ) cotton , just salvage it (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

QUOTE( @ Apr 6 2013, 13:40) Colman: I think so
kakashi524: 400k would be my limit.
Lement: treesloth: I'd guess sth like 1 to 1.5 mil, judging from few past auctions and magescore.
Thanks to the three of you; I found another Robe of Fenrir, similar in all stats except int <--> wis, but half the price (~250k). It will do for me. Reflecting back, it's been so different from when I first started playing this game. I used bare fists and no gear until level 100, with no gear, just to get credits to download archives. Then I realized what training, shrines, gear, and forums were, and then it was much easier. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Now I'm trying to dump my old gear, all bought from the bazaar! WTS forums is so much better. Now I don't even use credits to download archives. QUOTE(Tyrlidd @ Apr 6 2013, 13:02) Normal grindfest with 2H heavy is a good way to grind level and crystal (also artifact) as the same times. Both estoc and ethereal mace are alright. I do not think buying crystal is a good idea at your level. edit: the staff is not too bad, but i doubt anyone will buy it. You can save it for your own use. The cotton.......salvage it This post has been edited by Colman: Apr 6 2013, 07:36

QUOTE(Nightwishman @ Apr 6 2013, 15:07) This is a nice stick, but I like focus sticks with ~20% conservation, 16% is not terrible. I would think it's 75k, but auctioning would be better, since it will go for its true value. If nothing else, salvage.

So what's the best thing to do with your excess equipment? Should I salvage them (I have never salvaged or used any part of the forge yet since I don't understand it)? Or is it better to sell to the store?

There is no reason to grind prof. if you can win the fight.

nah, after a certain point your leveling speed will slow down a lot and proficiencies will catch up on their own. the only prof that needs some grinding is probably deprecating. and forget about the training, a total waste of time and credits.

The effect of an increase protection of mitigation, how is it calculated?
For example,) 75 % physical Damage Mitigation -> cast protection
75% + 25% = 100% ? or 75% * (100+25%) = 93.75%?

neither. 1 - (1 - 0.75) * (1 - 0.25) = 82.25%

I have a few questions for both players in all level range.
1) How long can you survive in normal/hard grindfest with melee/mage? With full holy phase, i can only last until ~500/~300 with shard.
2) Do people fight low level boss to convert token of blood to token of chaos?
3) Do kevlar work better than plate without featherweighted?
Thank.
