I only need to bring one more mob up PL250 before they all hit the HG mat threshold. How should I proceed from there?

i would focus on only a few of them and increase their PL as much as i can.
even if you hit the HG mat treshold the chance oh HQ will still be abysmal if you don't go up from there.

i'm still not familiar with all the acronyms, i think a glossary page should be added to the wiki.

I got +1 Wis from an artifact, but my Wisdom didn't increase. I know I'm not anywhere near the artifact stat bonus cap; so what happened?

Burden reduce Evade.

Oh, I assumed that it would at least calculate out the evade on the stat page; but I guess not.

(not that 4% evade really does anything anyway...)

No it won't. Are you going to cast it and risk getting hit by every monsters once?

i didn't mean to cast it as a opening (save for RE where i let them pop my SoL anyway in order to be faster).
you start with your AoE nuke then you go with it if there are several monsters with high resist to your main element that will likely be able to take many hits.
of course the viability would depend on the casting time and mana cost.

but you are right.
the impact on the game would not be that huge, i didn't really think that trough.

Can level 10 items (potency) still be upgraded through the forge?

No, IMO. It is because it is not a main weapon hence the extra elemental strike only give 25% damage before the elemental resist accounted. IW it a few level for PAB and attack speed is good though. Max is a bit waste of time (or credits)

It shouldn't be your main weapon. To do the most damage, you want something like an axe or club which can get around 800 damage (probably higher) so you want to have one of those as your main. Your offhand you want a rapier because you'll get armor pen with it and mostly of balance because high accuracy will give you more chances to proc offhand.

Of course, I don't follow this (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I like using shortword as main and rapier of nimble as offhand. Who knows how badly I am doing but idc, lol

One last note is the new wakizashis come with attack speed, do you might want to spend save up for one with attack speed instead of spending money on one slightly out of date.
