I don't know why you are focusing on lack of apology and rudeness when it is the failure to uphold to their part of the deal that is where the big problem lies...
Did they actually steal your items/credits or are they just changing their mind about a deal they agreed to?
well the user i was talking about is
ace_amuro.
i placed a bid in his auction tread and when the auction ended my bid was the highest.
https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showt...p;#entry2514482as you can see my offer for the item I06 was the highest but looks like ace_amuro didn't see my bid and in the end sent the item to
lazyice.
now, it was his responsability as the auctioneer to check the bids and the tread was only 4 pages long, but i understand that a mistake can happen.
the reason i'm pissed at him is the way he acted after his mistake.
he returned the moglemail with the payment i sent him without even a word, let alone an apology, let alone try to get back the item from the user he did send it wrongly or offer any reparation.
had it happened to me i would have apologized and after that i would have tried to contact the other user explaining that he wasn't the winner and asking the item back, and failing to do so i would have apologized profusely for my mistake and even sent something as reparation (like 1 hath or an artifact or an ED).
but that's what i would have done, i'm not pretending all of that.
a simple apology, one line like "oh, i'm sorry. i didn't see your bid" would have sufficed.
but he didn't give a fuck and decided to ignore my PMs asking for explanations.
he was active on the forum all the time so it was intentional.
i didn't lose credits or items, but i really didn't like his attitude.
really a bad mannered trader.
in the end i even managed to get the item from lazyice because he is a good mannered trader and when i told him i was the winner of that item he agreed to send it to me (and i sent him the credits i did bid on the item ofc).
it wasn't even an expensive item or anything, it was just a matter of principle.
