Not very much (3-5k maybe?). Non protection plate is generally only good for salvaging. Hopefully you can get a HG out of it if you're lucky (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) .

just reached level 150 and i was reading the data about the spell Nerf.
looks like a more expensive and less effective version of Weaken...
am i missing something or it's just this useless?

You're not missing anything other than it stacks with weaken.

This may have been asked already, but is there a list of acronyms and their meaning somewhere? I keep on seeing PAB, EDB, and so forth without any idea of what they mean exactly.

In regards to how to stat-up a caster-fellow, should I focus on evening up my stats a wee bit or? I've been having a bit of issues with the IWBTH REs lately. Current setup is basically drop Spark of Life, hope everything dies before I run out of SP and get one-shotted from full HP.

Maybe I should just invest in spirit tanks for the additional SoLs?
Do some itemworlds for my gear/grind up my proficiencies a bit?

What should I change/improve on, and how do get a better chance of getting tokens?

You want to move to either DW with high damage weapon on main hand, and a rapier of balance/nimble in your off hand. Or move to 2H with a Mace, Estoc or Scythe. I personally prefer mace, but some people swear by Estoc. Though, at your level, a Mace is fine.

Lose the Shade of Arcanist and go for Fleet or Shadowdancer; or go with Plate of Protection with a few pieces of Power (Prot or Slaughter)

Finally, respec your abilities, lose most of the +EXP and go with + Spirit and OC. Spirit Stance is really good to use, and you'll need the Spirit Points latter on.

Change your weapon into axe , rapier or club (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
axe - high damage
rapier - PA for high difficulty
club - stun for more safety

for gear , try to get shadowdancer or fleet suffix when you have enough cash to buy it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

ability , you don't need those EXP tank yet (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
put into Spirit tank & overcharge (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Invest some of your AP for Spark of Life , weaken , imperil (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Stat , reduce your INT & increase STR , DEX , AGI , END (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
( since you are light user so agi is more usefull coz it increase evade (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) )


for token , you need tokenizer hath perk to increase drop rate (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
it cost ALOT of credit if you don't run H@H client to become hath baron (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

All of the Ability Points should be moved from the Experience Tanks to Weaken, Spark of Life, and Silence. I think that if he stays one-handed and doesn't use a rapier, then he should get Imperil as well. The remainder should be moved to Spirit Tanks and Overcharge. All of the other abilities should remain as they are.

I would recommend dumping some AP into Spirit Tank as well. Having 700 SP is quite nice (I haven't had to pull out a SP Pot in an RE for at least 30 levels, even when Celestia, Lisi, Lizzie and a pile of other HTTP PL 1000 critters show up). Personally I keep my stats a lot closer than that (INT=WIS=END=AGI, STR at -10, DEX at -20), but I do occasionally pull out an Estoc and poke people with it, so I've got rather more use for STR/DEX and haven't adjusted points after AGI got messed with. As a pure mage, keeping stats close for SP purposes does not help you, but there is opportunity cost in keeping STR/DEX/AGI that low (specifically, they're all small boosts to physical defenses, which do add up).

i play as a mage but i've picked up some items during arenas/RE/IW/GF for other builds but i don't have the knowledge to tell if they are worth anything or at least worth keeping for an eventual secondary build.

can you tell me what to do with them?
should i keep them, bazaar/salvage them or even try to sell them to other players (doubt it but you can never know)?

How badass is FSM on Normal? I'm doing it for the credits. LotD training is expensive.

Silence is all you need at your level. Its just a long battle nonthing else since he got a lot of hp. Hopefully your depreciation magic proficiency isn't 0

Quality is just weighted average of rolls. Exquisite, Magnificent and Legendary have bonus to rolls(5%, 10%, 20%) that is already shown on the window.

It may often happen that quality and value don't match, the most notorious offender of this is phase though it can happen to everything.

For value to you, it is better to go by certain core stats first, then others. But it often happens that similar pieces with different quality on two auctions sell for significantly different amounts.

You may want to be more honest, and tell him that superior, no matter how good it is, will never sell for anything near what a crap mag or legendary will. and will be below what a worse exq is.
