For more base Mana/Spirit, Mana/Spirit regen & magic accuracy (deprecating spells are useless if they keep on missing the target).

1. well i dont think the dmg lose is worth that (0.04 mana and 0.0.4%hit rate per wisdom) but its your char.

It's always at lv. 190.

Though you're correct on the benefits of WIS, the reason why your deprecating spells are missing has (almost) nothing to do with accuracy though; it's due to curse weaving. At ~40 prof, your 3rd deprecating spell only has ~25% success rate.

Equips: You may choose to use protection kevlar to improve your PMI and axe/rapier combo instead of dual shortsword for better damage and PA.

During battle, probably silence + weaken on main target. Also, what's your current OC? You're going to get 100 DW prof, and Frenzied Blows is a very good skill for DW to use.

I'll leave the rest to more professional DWers.

Spirit is based on all attributes, the more even the spread, the higher spirit will be.

1. It depends. If you can limit yourself to 2 deprecating spells on monsters, then it's okay to ignore that. Otherwise, It's good to get your deprecating prof to about 50-75% of your current level (which isn't difficult to do, provided that you have some mana pots). Besides that, more deprecating prof also means your deprecating spells will last longer.

2. Good luck with that. Focus on the weapons first.

Do you know, I thought that Curse Weaving had been disabled. Was I hallucinating that? I managed to get 5 effects on a mob, during my previous GF.

One more thing, if FSM is defeated once, does the clear bonus dropped to 1,000c just like the other bosses? If that's so, then the only reason to repeat the battle against FSM is to just gain experience?

Yes for the clear bonus. But you do get a guaranteed drop and a trophy, both with good quality.

The trophy is worth ~35k.

well since then action speed patch i only loose around 20-50 oc from 1. to 3. spell (if my enemies dident parry or i need to cast heal i would cast my Frenzied Blows with my full OC)

i would recommend max oc since you get 2%dmg per OC (560% max without potion) on you OC skills

Which staff is better for me?

Equipped: Superior Ebony Staff of Focus
Other options: Superior Redwood Staff of Destruction
Superior Willow Staff of Destruction

I want high sustainability in every situation, so that I can start doing grindfest at higher difficulties at some point. Currently able to do Random Encounters on IWBTH with some item usage.

Main goal I guess is to get more hath as I want IA, but can't run H@H due to bad nets.
