Not that it (player knowing better than GM and programmer about game mechanics) hasn't happened before. But you can hardly blame me for relying on faulty info. I am not a Skillchip.

Assume you need 100 time unit between two action.
With 2* +10% speed, the time between = 100*0.9*0.9 = 81.
so it is a bit better than 121% speed bonus, which = 82.64 time unit.

depends on you speed
have you and + speed equipment are you using hast what actions are you exactly doing?

high Aoe Spells can be so slow that they joust reach normal action speed if your buffed with hast

action speed list

I say that looking at how it works in arena, with roughly the same stuff and way of playing (only switching my 2H for a 1H to use DW).

I don't think regen can trigger every turn for melee. because x-attack and haste increase the attack speed a lot.

edit: or maybe this'll help: Base Time Units/Action is now calculated as minmax(20, 10000 / action speed, 500) - action speed includes applied effects, but action-specific speed modifiers like Swift Strike could potentially reduce it further. from T's post

Just a quick question. I have nearly 2.5mil creds burning in my pocket and I'm pondering what I should spent it on. I'm torn between Luck of the Draw rank 20 or buying the hath for black aura (I have white).
Which is more valuable from a cred-per-minute point? Do I get more money at higher levels or is the improved quality of vendor trash better.

Are there any alternative suggestions on what I should do?

+77% bonus to EXP gain and Power
+50% Health/Magic/Spirit Points regeneration
+2 to all Primary Attributes

Rainbow Aura does look interesting. Is the regeneration a notable game changer and my question remains, do I make more credits at higher levels as I want improve my cred-per-minute potential.

So for leveling, is doing the 50 rounds on 220+ at higher difficulties faster than just completing it? Currently I clear them on nightmare, although it's becoming harder and harder as I level due to all the resists/evades even with 155% accuracy. Also, what is the best type of equip to gamble trophies on? I've been flipping between staves and two-handed.
