QUOTE(cmdct @ Oct 17 2010, 14:42) Your stats are good, but raise more WIS than INT. Light is ususaly crap unless you have kevlar, switch to a mix of heavy plate with highest physical absorption, and silk with high evade. (Later in higher levels heavy turns to be ineffective so full silk in that time) Use DW/1HS in arena for better protection. Get shield, and the last HP/MP tanks.
thanks cmdct i will full k+ shot you when im fully charged,

We know this: QUOTE Magic damage calculated from Magic Rating vs Barrier Rating +1% increase in magic rating is like +2% magic damage. (magic damage)*(1+ prof/200)*(1+mdm/100)*A In case the spell is elec, A is something involving elec rating, and elec damage bonus, but we don't know yet how exactly they work, but for me I consider as if it is (1+elec rating/100)*(1+elec damage bonus/100) Edit: Elementalist definitely. Use spells that raise elemental proficiency.

I would characterize not having to do anything unusual to get it to max as awesome.

My problem is having it at 5 and i'm lvl 120, so i was trying to raise it to 80 at least before start the real grinding..
Should i go to some flimsy/battleload and try to keep spamming my weakes spell?

I wouldn't say that is the best strategy for raising elemental proficiencies. Yes, you'll probably be able to use all of your mana, but you'll have very few opportunities to regen from gems and second winds.

I have no idea what you mean by this question. Hotkeys are the easiest way of using spells...

Using just '1' - '0' i can attack monsters easily..
For spells, i need to use Alt+# then select the monster, after that I go R, but when the round ends i need to use Alt+# again (The R wont work :/)..
Is there a way to change the default attack of '1' - '0' to a spell or some easier way?
Thanks

No. Just be glad we have hotkeys. I remember back in the day we didn't even have the Quickbar and had to walk to school uphill both ways in snow. This post has been edited by cmal: Oct 19 2010, 23:57

So I beat Konata, with two stun weapons. It was very close. How do you beat the tougher legendaries? I thought about other weapons, but no combination seemed that useful... wiki suggests that a mage setup with penetrated armor may work better.

Use a rapier, and a parry dagger, or a high block shield. PA+poison do wonders.

Or high bleed axe + high PA chance rapier for the two-pronged Bleed+Poison approach.

mathematically speaking, what's more eficient towards making obscene amounts of credits? - grinding your balls off and making a fortune cent by cent
- going to the IW and selling whatever trophies/equipment you get
regardless of experience, i'm focusing on cash for the time being This post has been edited by Battle_Hunter: Oct 20 2010, 05:05

Grindfest credits are capped at 3000C per rolling 24-hour period.

For elemental training, we have the Montage section, while not "Awesome" it does add some points each day (just make sure to activate it prior to sleeping) Only downside: if you have ANY points in the other magical profs, you also train them. I'd say training via battle, you want casting amount vs quality so that means cakegrind and elementalling the heck out of stuff (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
