QUOTE(Apocalypse Horsemen @ Jan 26 2013, 16:57) Hi guys, I've just reached lvl 200, & I've reset my ability tree, with 25 AP leftover.
Should I put all of it back into the EXP tank, or are there any other spells that I might still need. I'm playing as 2H Light (Shade/Fleet)

Thanks.

You only really need 1 or 2 points in x-nerf imo, but whatever floats your boat (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) I would personally max out oc boost before going to exp. Maxing absorb is another option, but it won't become useful at least until you unlock the 220+ arenas for schoolgirls and even then I find silence just does the job better.

Thanks, I'll put them into OC. As for the X-Nerf, I had "overclicked" before I realised it. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

OC increases damage done with skills. If you use skills you might want to buff them up.

I have started switching to mage recently. Before I start investing in gears, I would like to know that do pure dark mage use holy/dark cycle. Also, should I mix holy phase with dark phase?

Don't mix. 2nd turn holy can be very useful, as it takes care of the undeads and provides resistances, but it may be more prudent at times to just cast another dark spell.

Endgame-IWBTH 50 rounds 2HD melee
16 6 The spell is absorbed. You gain 80 Magic Points. 16 5 Mithra casts Purr
11 8 The spell is absorbed. You gain 130 Magic Points. 11 7 Ouzai Magician casts Ouzai Excellent Storm
7 5 The spell is absorbed. You gain 130 Magic Points. 7 4 Bottle Fairy casts asa hiru yoru
Think it happened 1-2 times before those too. Not using absorb is waste of mana/spirit and just silly.
It is a lot like ET and how most people don't seem to know the different ways to use it so they just bitch about. The players that have used ET in the past to its full use are the ones they think this new ET is a joke.

QUOTE(4EverLost @ Jan 27 2013, 14:34) find out how long it takes you to do those, then see how you do grinding in the same time. If you find 2 artifacts you can get 3x the credits in the same time.
Isn't the Arena the only place for credits anymore anyway? Wouldn't the extra drop chances at the end of the arena also contribute to possibility getting artifacts too? I guess grindfest is easier and eventually ends up boosting your drops better though, but you'd have to last long enough in the first place to get those drop multipliers. At levels below 200, how many battles in should you be getting anyway? How 'bout post 200?

finding artifacts & selling them is a very good way for low levels to get credits. then credits you then get can be used for more training. If you get 1 AP from an artifact at the shrine, that AP cost 15k. If you trade that artifact for 15k you can then train many levels of ability boost for the same cost. It depends if you do them on a high setting or low setting. Do them fast and quick on normal/hard then go do something else or do them slow on a higher setting. Grinding at lower levels isn't always about how far you can get, its more how far can you get in so much time for what you can get. If you can try and grind on hard just for the change of shards but if that is too slow go back to normal or even easy. Just keep track of how long it takes for each run on different settings. Then keep doing what works best for you.

Ah, alright, I misunderstood you. I thought you meant sell the artifacts in a shop for 4000C and I was really confused as to why since that sounded like a giant loss. Thanks for clarifying that.

Not least that they cost 20k in the bazaar (av. market price ~15k) so even buyers lose out in that situation (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Like all those ponies, they got 20k selling them and people buy them for 100k out of the bazaar but the sellers could have still sold them to other players for 30-35k most of the time still. win win for both of them.

Does anyone want to loan me a high-damage Scythe or Estoc for a few days so I can see how it compares to my mace on arenas and fsm? I've saved up a dozen blood tokens to do testing.
Thanks,

36 9 Void Strike crits Elizabeth for 4974 void damage. < 3rd - void strike 36 8 Dark Strike crits Elizabeth for 4384 dark damage. < 2nd - infusion 36 7 Soul Strike crits Elizabeth for 2998 soul damage. < 1st - elemental strike on weapon 36 6 Elizabeth gains the effect Penetrated Armor. 36 5 Your offhand crits Elizabeth for 11735 void damage. 36 4 Void Strike crits Elizabeth for 9465 void damage. < 3rd - void strike 36 3 Holy Strike crits Elizabeth for 4945 holy damage. < 2nd - infusion 36 2 Dark Strike crits Elizabeth for 8854 dark damage. < 1st - elemental strike on weapon 36 1 You crit Elizabeth for 30714 void damage. This is with dual wield. Elemental strike on weapon comes first, then infusion, then void strike. Order doesn't matter though. This post has been edited by T_Starrk: Jan 27 2013, 21:57
