My take on the matter is that 'quality' tells you a little more about the equip than its suffix.

The quality of your gear sums up all the rolls of the equip in question. Hence, a Magnificent is going to, generally speaking, have much better stats than a Fine.

The suffix, however, is only going to tell you one thing - namely, it's geared towards a specific aspect. Which, if you're a mage, and you want to boost one particular EDB/proficiency, makes perfect sense. However, if you re a melee, you might want to mix Power Slaughter with Plate Protection (or Shield Barrier, if that's what floats your boat).

It's a pointless question; like would you rather have a lot of aluminum or a little gold. It all comes down to the numbers.

Definitely. Probably the best Shade boots I've seen yet. The evade especially is godlike. It's even above the projected maximum on the wiki page about equipment ranges : the wiki expects 4.5 as maximum for legendary SD boots, while yours have 5.26. I don't really understand how that's possible by the way. Did you drop them a long time ago, before a nerf patch or something ?

The equipment range is still work in progress. ie the data is still under development (and will continue to be as new equip is spawned)

This was from the bazaar!? What madness is this? I checked the bazaar every 2-3 hours daily and have never come across any Shadowdancers.

You just missed an entire refresh of shadowdancer, arcanist, etc....kevlar and shade armor in multiples exq and superior...and im so broke I could only afford on piece before it all vanished

most were gathered by players. not every patch and not all mentioned in patch notes.

-do grindfest, sell valuable drops to players and the rest to bazaar
-clear all arenas daily. if you're able to, do it on higher difficulties for higher creds
-raise your level to unlock more arena
