Two-handed - 129.72
Dual wielding - 52.68
Light armor - 74.41
Heavy armor - 89.67
Any other tips to take on FSM?



DW is preferred if you've got a good set and Frenzied Blows available (at 100 prof and a crapton of OC boost).

But the major tip for FSM? Void Damage. If you don't have it, get it. He's resistant to everything but Void and Holy. There's a reason people used to bleed him to death years ago.

13 Spreading Poison hits Ryouko Asakura for 1243 damage.
12 Bleeding Wound hits Ryouko Asakura for 6245 damage.
11 Ryouko Asakura gains the effect Searing Skin.
10 Your spike shield hits Ryouko Asakura for 5 points of fire damage.
9 You parry the attack from Ryouko Asakura.
8 Ryouko Asakura gains the effect Bleeding Wound.
7 Dark Strike crits Ryouko Asakura for 8963 dark damage.
6 Fire Strike crits Ryouko Asakura for 6964 fire damage.

Just resume playing HV after a few month break. I have found that my spirit point is so high that the spirit is never run out by spirit stance (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .
I have closed to 500 Hath now and would like to have aura perk(s). I would like to know does white + back work better than rainbow aura for heavy melee?

Rainbow because it actually boosts the regen rate. White/black just gives extra capacity.

Well I would recommend you to remove the points from the exp tanks. You wont reallly need that much exp tanks now that you are close to level 200. Its better to train adept lerner for more exp (level 100-150 should be enough).
Use these ability points for Spirit and OC since u will need more spirit if u reach level 190 and get the spirit shield.

@Zetsulol

As far as your equipment goes. Try to find an ethereal slaughter mace with better PABs than just dexterity. Strength will add 2 damage per point and add to your HP and PMI. Also, your stun proc sucks. Mace goes up to 30%. As for your shade, your two worse pieces are your SD ones actually. The evade is just abysmal on them (you might as well go with arcanist with that low of evade). You should replace those first. Try to find fleet or SD though, you want the stat boosts in the relevant areas (crit and evade), basically in order of importance: evade > PABs = damage > PMI > crit (for SD). I also think you neglect endurance far too much on your equipment. Currently you only have one piece with endurance, if you can put together a fleet/SD set with endurance on every piece plus get endurance on your weapon via potency then you can have almost 70% PMI by my level. That way you're not completely dependent on the evade RNG not fucking you over. Try to find shade with all four melee PABs if you can (wisdom is useful but doesn't matter, and intelligence is just bullshit on shade).

Did you use the same setup to kill the new FSM in 50 turns or was that as a mage?
After the "buff" it feels more like a punching bag than before, took me 500 turns, only difference that I used 2 greater mana pots instead of one. Though the higher EXP is nice.

If you forge up a gear and that gives it enough for a level; then use a shard to reset it, what happens? Does it still have pxp to be lvl 1 immediately? Does it go back to 0 pxp but with some forges still on it and that pxp is lost?

Thanks, I'll respec as soon as I get spirit shield. I have one question though : I understand why I should drop XP tanks for more spirit, but what do I need more OC for ? Isn't 150% already enough ?

Very detailed, thanks, just what I needed. I' won't be able to upgrade my gear just yet since I'm too low on credits, but I'll bookmark that stuff for future reference.

More overcharge increases the damage you do with skills (great cleave and rending blow) so it's prioritized for mace users because they depend on the PA from using rending blow (later).

Weird, the wiki doesn't say anything about that. Oh well, it's outdated for some other stuff too (like maces and estocs being the worse 2H weapons, and scythes the best >_>).
I remember that several patches ago, having your overcharge bar full increased your overall melee damage, but everyone pretty much gave up on OC after it got nerfed. I must have missed some patch note since then.
