Nerf is gonna be taken out soon though, I guess because weaken is better in every aspect; x-nerf is useful for random encounters, I don't think anywhere else, the mana cost is almost as much as regen 2.

Take out your EXP tanks and put points into holy/dark/soul spells for the resistances.

Firstly, you need Agility and Endurance. They give you more Action Speed, Evade, and HP. Don't neglect them. You can keep all of your stats even since your armor will do the skewering for you (well, as a mage, you can keep your Strength and Dexterity lower). You also need to have and regularly use Supportive spells. By now you should already have Haste, Shadow Veil, and Protection. You also need Deprecating spells in certain situations; plan on getting Weaken sooner than later.

As for equipment, get an ebony staff with the Focus suffix to help your accuracy. You should also get gossamer armor with the Elementalist suffix. Eventually you will want to upgrade to an ebony staff with the Destruction suffix, and phase armor with the suffix of your favorite element (i.e., all Mjolnir, all Surtr, etc).

Once you get to level 150 you will need to make another choice, being whether or not to continue using elemental spells or switch to using holy/dark spells. Holy/dark spells require phase with the Heimdall suffix or the Fenrir suffix; the staff will need to be a katalox with the Destruction, Heimdall, Fenrir, Heaven-sent, or Demon-fiend suffix (it depends on which helps your magic score more, as well as whether or not you cycle between holy/dark or just hammer out one element). Don't worry about this now.

scythe or estoc ??

Low difficulty Scythe, high difficulty Estoc (this assumes you have the defense to not need stun).

Scythe's raw base damage and bleed is nice at low difficulties, but doesn't scale well when mobs have x3,x4,x5,x10 HP. Estoc's PA drops enemy PMI to 0, so any fight that will routinely last long enough to proc PA and get a few hits in once it procs is going to favor Estoc.

Both weapons want to be Ethereal and Slaughter if possible.

Change your leather to shade or kevlar. Please include link to your equipment(press C when select equipment).
I will not say anything about DW or 2H as its more to playing style. But you should change your weapon to ethereal if you want to play with light armour.

For ability, remove EXP change it to HP, MP to full and maybe spirit(as melee more spirit=more spirit stance on)

Edit:
When I look at your stat again, you have rather good 2H&heavy armour proficiency.
Why did you want to change to light armour is beyond me, as heavy armour+estoc IS much more good for your sanity than DW build.

Do a reset and clean up your abilities. Experience Tanks, the first fire tier, and Poison can all go. You need Haste and Shadow Veil if you're going to be successful as a DW melee.

Drop the wakizashi for a Slaughter/Nimble/Balance rapier. Get a Slaughter club. Both ethereal or holy/dark/soul strike preferably. Someone else would will have to chime in if other elements are also useful for DW melees. As for armor, Fleet/Shadowdancer shade or Protection kevlar. (I suppose you can mix and match them depending on how much physical mitigation you need.)

Don't forget you can hit multiple enemies with 2H, so even the individual hit deals less damage, you still deals more damage in total.
