QUOTE(Muramasa777 @ Jan 2 2013, 01:00) Um...marginal? I would like its MDB to be a bit better. Still a good staff, but not great.

QUOTE(Muramasa777 @ Jan 2 2013, 02:00) hallowed+heimdall that is perfect for holy mage, but it's oak and on top of that only superior so don't expect people to show much interest at that staff. Try to run magic scores script at that staff and post it? Then our mage players can appraise it more accurately.

QUOTE(Muramasa777 @ Jan 1 2013, 11:00) its magic score is almost as good as my current holy staff http://hentaiverse.org/pages/showequip.php...;key=141eeb6f7fI think you can get a decent amount of dosh for it. Can't give you a more accurate figure though since I am terrible at pricing stuff

Heyas folks,
When it comes to the trophies dropped by the God-Class monsters, other than the Noodly Appendage dropped by FSM, realistically are any of the others worth trying your luck at the shrine, or is it just better to send them off to the bazaar?
Also, although I haven't unlocked all the arenas yet (up to the Trio & the Tree), do any of the God class monsters other than Yggdrasil enter in at the final round of an arena?
laters,
RRViper (who sometimes wonders how some people end up with so many Noodlies)

You can always check the arena's composition in wiki. As for trophies...I don't have any preference. I just shrine all of them to see what I'll get.

You get many noodles from playing for a year and saving them from all those RoB clears. The value of trophies is pretty even I would think, I just shrine all of them and resell to bazaar (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) but you can get some nice stuff I've heard. Slaughter binding in that staff (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Since someone asked about EoD earlier, is it normal to be able to do schoolgirl marathons at about the same difficulty as TnT? I can BT TnT with a pretty generous margin but schoolgirl marathons are nightmare for me, hell if lucky. I actually grinded (ground?) DW to 100 prof just for attempting schoolgirl marathons at BT but then I couldn't be bothered to because IWBTHing the first 50 rounds for xp is a far superior use of stamina.
Also is it just me or is the twilight way easier than EoD?
Edit: I meant with DW. Is EoD with DW on par with TnT with 2h.

DW twilight took 30 minutes on battletoads, BT trio takes like 10 these days. Twilight did seem easier for me as well, not sure if just rng. Purely stamina wise, I think it's better to clear schoolgirls because they have nice credit/xp modifiers IIRC, haven't done them in quite awhile though so I could be wrong. Real time wise though... How important is an Ethereal 2h weapon for heavy armor users (as opposed to hollowforged)? Is it just for void damage or do they have low enough burden to make evasion also a bonus?

it doesn't really make much of a difference. If you want to shard it, they are the same & you may want to shard an ETH weapon for the attack bonus you get. You do want the void damage and it helps if you have less burden if mana regen is a problem. If you are looking to buy an estoc look for the one that gives you the most damage

High proc and crit help too, you want to proc PA on as many enemies as fast as possible. As for ethereal for heavy armor users. It doesn't matter very much. I like ethereal because I don't want to shard my weapon every time I play (although that doesn't bother most people). Burden's not really a factor once your heavy prof gets high enough, but it's always nice to have a little less interference. As for light armor users, they have to have ethereal weapons, imo. Any burden kills your evade. This post has been edited by T_Starrk: Jan 2 2013, 03:27

It's pretty nice not having to shard/grind a weapon in order to have void damage and no b/i on it, and getting an elemental bonus when it is grinded to level 10 is a pretty good bonus. I have some decent low B/I plate armors, unsharded at this level I have 75 interference and 45.1 burden with an ethreal. That gives me ~7.6 evade alongside 25% parry, which not that much when it comes to avoiding damage. The main bonuses are the void damage type without having to spend time grinding the weapon, and not needing to use another shard when you want to power up all the way.

What toplists do you need to place on in order to get points toward the annual awards? I mean, do only the yearly toplists for each of the categories count, or do monthly and daily toplists count as well? It seems that the number of winners is too few for anything but the yearly toplists to matter... I've read Tenboro's news post and the wiki, but it's still not very clear. EDIT: Also, for some reason my Power bar isn't going down when I imbue someone.... QUOTE(hgbdd @ Jan 1 2013, 18:17) How can I know if a monster's name it's still available if the list doesn't exist anymore? Unfortunately, you just have to try. The system will reject the name if it's already taken. There is a fairly long list here, but it's not comprehensive. This post has been edited by n125: Jan 2 2013, 04:38

Attack accuracy (for ET) and Parry. Most prefer Agility as tertiary PAB on equipment.

Thanks! I want a special aura but it seems like a lot of work to get one. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)
