Holy! I just did End of Days, I didn't really know what to expect but since I could manage the Trio and the Tree on hell, I thought I could do End of Days on Heroic...WRONG! I even switched to an astral estoc of slaughter instead of my normal katana, didn't matter. I manage to get to around 60 rounds and then I just get blown up (probably my fault for not being more cautious, I probably could have made it to 80 rounds with all my potions but not much further without some luck)

So, I have two questions. I realized that I don't get a trophy for each legendary monster, is there a drop chance or will it occur only in certain rounds?
Should I just play in normal until I get use to it? (to be more specific, is there a certain way to handle these rounds or just gotta force my way through them?)

depends on occasion, if you want quick trophies just do normal. if you want exp and credits, do on high diff.
those girls has good amount of HP and resistance, you might want make you weapon estoc damage into void first.

Well...shield + mace is a strange choice. You should leave your equip's link here, but I'll suggest you to switch your weapon to slaughter for better damage output. You should also switch some of your shield armor to plate for better mitigation, but it's difficult to say without the exact equip stats.

Also, utilize your spells. You also need slow against gods in RoB and haste in almost every situation.

The RoB gods are no joke in you're not careful. Try to finish on normal first for the clear bonus. Then save the tokens till you can possibly deal with FSM on IWBTH difficulty. When dealing with gods, you should find a void weapon since all of them are resistant to almost every damage types. Basically, it's what listed in the advice.

5 levels a day should be fast enough. It's like 1 level per 5-10 days for me now. As for mana cost, try to cast your spells in spirit stance, and finish your round faster. And use more supportive spells so you don't need that much on cures. If you can't deal with IWBTH, try to advance at BT for now till you can handle it.

time for spend your credits for better equipment. lots of cheap plate of protection and 2h of slaughter in WTS.

Upd. Also pick up all other magic tank abilities (instead +exp or +overcharge. or train some new by Ability Boost)

You're right, with that ethereal staff I get an additional 5% evade and like +300 base damage in holy score (9250 holy score in total, I don't know if that's bad or decent at my level but with the new staff I've been doing fine up to 600 rounds of Grindfest; after 0.72 of course...). I think I will keep this one to use because I don't have better and I wouldn't know how to price it in a shop anyway (never open a shop before (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )

My activated Green Aura in HentaiVerse isn't green (?) The Dashboard isn't affected though.

have you allocate ability points on all 3 aura slot ?
looks like you only have unlocked 2 of them

It doesn't turn green anymore after I clicked to activate it. It remains grey whether it is activated or not. I have other unlocked auras but they all have colors if activated.

I am wondering about the bazaar. A few times I go in there and there are a ton of things, usually I am browsing 1H and suddenly there are a ton of average, fine, superior quality for each weapon, I assume it is someone clearing their inventory but if I reload it it is usually all gone. I am wondering if this is an error that I see this because the way it disappears seems to be way too fast.

I have three Aura Slots in Abilities and all of them are unlocked.
It doesn't turn green anymore after I clicked to activate it. It remains grey whether it is activated or not.

I'm not sure if my words went through or not, but it's a fact that my patience is extremely thin when faced with unfunny little pranks so after this post I'm not gonna bother anymore:

step 1: go to the aura page
step 2: don't move your mouse pointer over any aura button
step 3: see if the green button is lit up
step 4a: if it's lit up, you're done, exit the page and do your usual stuff
step 4b: if it's grey, click on the green button and move your mouse pointer away from the button
step 5: now it's lit up, that's not up to debate, exit the page and do your usual stuff

Either someone's buying all of it or the bazaar's doing its routine cleanup.

Problem is it happens instantly, so I randomly click to check out bazaar, tons of stuff there, I try to buy one, everything disappears...which is why I feel it is an error.

Mace with shield armour, that's weird combination...
You should link your equipment (press c when selecting your equipment).
Anyway, all reason for someone to choose heavy armour is either survivability/more killing speed/don't have to think and only press numpad. And it's more normal for heavy armour user to choose plate xxx protection/power xxx protection/power xxx slaughter. Shield armour is more common used by 1h with shield. If you really want to use shield armour, change it to shield xxx protection/shield xxx barrier.

Change your weapon to ethereal/elemental one, and maybe now is the time you change it to estoc. I don't see any reason for 2h heavy armour or kevlar user not to change use estoc for penetrated armour especially if you don't have other godly weapon.

For ability, you should
1. Discard those fire spells, poison and experience bonus
2. Finish health tank+magic tank to full and maybe spirit tank too(as melee, every point in spirit=more turn with spirit stance on)

At your level its normal not level up 5 times a day unless you're doing every arena+IWBTH hourly+grindfest for a long time. And if you do that...its meant you have an addiction...(exception for hath baron as they have boosted exp)

Don't bother doing everything in IWBTH, just do it with difficulty you're comfortable with.

Usual bazaar lurker buy it, especially for exquisite stuff and ethereal/elemental weapon.
Other things I can think is bazaar decided to eat those equipment(bazaar periodically eat stuff sold to them, it's omnivore (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) )

Equips in bazaar are always sold by players. The number of equips in bazaar seems to be constant over time though, so there's a script to clear equips when there's simply too many.

Confirmed, I have test it a few times when I sell equipment. I stored the link for my equipment and after that when I check it again later it say no such equipment. Bazaar is omnivore (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I just did the last IW for my estoc and it suddenly became very hard. This time i did it on Nintendo, same as every time. Most of the time, i only used 5-6 MP potions but this time i used 11 and ran out of MP potions at the end, had to use scrolls to survive. Almost no gem dropped, monsters hit very hard, around 3k damage at round 80. Is it always more difficult for the last run ? Or was i just getting unlucky this time ?

bad luck. sometimes i almost not receive gems or challengings for whole day. That's sign: "Go sleep!" .)

Well, as a light armor user, I can say spirit shield is almost essential and easily replaces spark with its lower mana cost, lower sp drain and longer duration. The only time I would use spark is the last 25% of an item world, and I haven't died for 30 levels or so.

X-nerf isn't actually all that useful tbh, only for the random encounters, the mana cost is just too much to blow for one round. Since you don't care about mitigation or endurance, more reason to use spirit shield.

Good to know. Usually X-Nerf & Heartseeker I usually trigger if I get the Channeling effect. It's not so difficult; I usually start with at least Regen 2, Shadow Veil & haste, and depending on what I'm playing Spark of Life. Between those 3 or 4, It's rare I don't get Channeling at least once, which I use to activate heartseeker. After that, I just keep an eye on the counter when it drops under 100 to be on the look out for another channeling or Mystic Gem effect.

As for endurance or mitigation, it's not so much that I don't care, it's just that they seem to always come along for the ride on equipment I find. It's not the greatest, but I hover at about 50% for physical and 42% magical. It can be better, but I'm not complaining too much.

You're probably gonna have to spend a lot of credits to do this. It's a lot easier/cheaper to buy high quality negation than it is high quality fleet/SD. I recommend you keep looking though so you can finally have the stat boosts in the relevant categories instead of... resist. Just make sure the PABs are similar or greater on your new piece of equipment then you won't have to worry that it will affect your stats in a negative way (see the wiki for how each PAB affects your stats so you can get an idea of how they'll effect your stats too). As for what you can sacrifice, probably resist (well, you'll have to sacrifice resist if you are giving up negation) and magical mitigation, and maybe accuracy too (you should have enough accuracy now where a few percentage points won't matter much). But really, you're high enough level now where you should start looking for really nice stuff, basically stuff that hardly sacrifices anything.

Well my hit chance is at 140%, critical is 37%. I usually don't miss often if at all. I know my resist is high (almost 63%), where as parry and evade are under 30%, which are the area I plan on working on. Of course, this goes back to the money issue. From wiki I read cure III not necessary and didn't your regen II enough for you? I'm not using cure II or even cure I frequent enough as regen II cure more in the long run for me.

Heh, I'd like regen enough to put me back to full in a heartbeat, enough HP to take on a 25,000 (or higher) point special attack and still be left standing, and while I'm wishing, a defense rating so ridiculously high that at best I'd raise an eyebrow in disbelief at the 1 point of damage I'd take. Unless your curative is really low, cure3 will probably heal for about 105-110% of your effective hp. That means the only time you'd need such a big spot heal would be when you're already dead.

I thought Cure 3 was a bit overkill. Now a Regen 3 would pique my interest. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
