i have an aura point, how do i upgrade the auras. the upgrade button isnt glowing yellow aka unclickable...

do i have to release all the auras and then be able to upgrade each one?

Nothing is stopping you from doing so

Until you sink an ability point into Aura slot, you cant release any aura. Until you get Focused Aura at 60, you cant upgrade

This is what I dont understand:

Level 0 <- how do I increase it?
16/294 <- whats that and how do I increase it?

What do I have to do?

The level is the item level, from 0 to 10. You increase it by fighting through the item world of the equipment in question. Successfully completing an item world will grant you Potency Experience Points (PXP). 16/294 means you have 16 out of the required 294 points to get to the next level. You have those points without doing IW because you forged your gear, which also grants a few points. Every time your item levels up, it will gain a potency, randomly chosen from available ones.

I'm getting to that point where I have quite a bit of extra ability points and I was wondering what people put them into. OB seems kind of expensive relative to what it provides, do people put points in that what so ever?

HP tank, MP tank, Haste, Shadow Veil, Spark of Life, Weaken there should be no extra ability points until like 250+

Secondary: Spirit tank, Overcharge Boost

Been leveling Adept Learner a few levels as well. But honestly, does OB seem very undepowered to anyone else?

It's good later on when you want the extra damage from skills such as great cleave and frenzied blows; it's only a minuscule increase per point but it can add up. If you're one-handed or mage, meh, there's better uses I guess.

what's an easy way to tell the ponies apart? i keep losing 20 stamina.

2 have wings, 2 are unicorns, 2 are normal horses. after that 50% chance so guess.
