OK thank you. It looks like I screwed up my stats. I also have another question though. Although I'm level 16, it won't let me start the level 8 Arena even though it's not on cooldown. Is it because I have to do the arena in one go and need to wait a day? I've done arena 1, 2, 4, and 6 until I died and won't let me start 8.

I hate that dmg range is really random though. No PA dmg can exceed PA dmg, no crits involved. Makes it relly hard to tell how good PA is.

You can reallocate, at 10 stats per day. Minus button. You need to finish all previous arenas. Also, from graduation min arena difficulty is on normal.

At L110, pick up Flame Spikes, and compare the ratio of damage it returns with and without PA to the same monster, this will give you an easy way to see exactly how much benefit your getting from it at your current level. It's effectiveness will scale with monster's phys. mitigation, so it might still be worse than Stun's +25% at your level, at L171 I'm only getting an average of +45% against normal monsters.

there is *almost* great certainty that PA is not effective at level 130/lower

i'm not really a big fan of number crunching but it's safe to say PA starts shining after level 200

at lower levels, it's simply a question of weapon damage types. mace is great actually... other than the fact that dragons and giants are rampant. bleed weapons are vastly underrated as well right now. too many sheep going "oh boo hoo it got nerfed so it's strictly worse than the rest".

I am sure the same didn't apply to the mace nerfs (twice...yeah).

I cannot believe this is an exquisite quality. The ADB and Accuracy don't even reach up to the max base for superior. Physical and Magical mitigation barely make the minimum for exquisite range. And evasion is even below 4.97 max normal value. Did I make a mistake somewhere? Also is evasion still a useful stat now? Or is it better to use arcanist or shadowdancer instead?

If you had an equipment with max stats everywhere it would be a Legendary, not an Exquisite. I'm not even sure that's possible anyway.
It's a pretty good piece. 6.71 ADB out of 7.62 max and 4.22 Evade out of 5.23.
Quality is just an indicator of the average quality roll (slightly weighted towards the most important stats, IIRC). Stats generate quality, not the other way around.

It's not difficult to make posts that aren't spam anyway.
