QUOTE(4EverLost @ May 27 2012, 13:08) Spreading Poison hits Flying Spaghetti Monster for 2374 damage.
That seems higher then normal?

Dark infusion should work like a +25 EDB modifier to poison damage.

For the last 30 mins or so I keep getting "Error 503 Service Unavailable" and incredibly slow connection speed with the forum (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Anyone got the same problem?

Mages are not suited for IWBTH playing. Low defense, no Stun and it's hard to muster up enough firepower to one-shot enemies.

Depend on gear, a maxed EDB Fenrir can take long way Ether Thiefing, Weaken/X-nerf, Spirit Shield, and Spark of Life help alot too To quote: kill them before they kill you; therefore, need more firepower

The point is, how many mages can actually sustain IWBTH this way?

Short term future attempt: Dance with Dragons on Hard with Melee Mace.
Any pointers from you 300+ Melees out there?

Hi, Thank you for the people who helped me in my transition into a mage. Here are my current stats again: Character Page[ gyazo.com] http://gyazo.com/3d1b166b51ddc72fb8faca2d50bb5104I want to convert today so I will reset my Abilities. I know that I will get Arcane focus when I get to level 130. But, what other abilities should I get to kill the gods in the Ring of Blood (namely, Real Life, Invisible Pink Unicorn, Flying Spaghetti Monster)? Abilities Page[ gyazo.com] http://gyazo.com/ed3db0237e9d91356545f79a9865ddc1HV Bestiaryhttp://ehwiki.org/wiki/HentaiVerse_Bestiary1) I was told about complement elements. So, I should get something like fire and cold? Or, which two elements are the best in your opinion? 2) And then, I should get 'supportive spells' like Spark of Life, Cure I and Cure II. I think those three are enough for support to spend my Ability Points on, right? 3) Then, I should get 'deprecating spells'. So, which one are the necessary ones? 4) Lastly, I shouldn't spend any of my Ability Points on anything to do with Soul, right? 5) Any other advice? Thanks for all advices! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) PS. I don't get some of the abbreviations like EDB. >.<

I tried it on melee on normal. Bring some scrolls of swiftness, gods, life, avatar; in case mana runs out. Make sure you have a few mana/spirit elixirs on you. You will need magnet for the dragons at the final round.

It does make me wonder how people are able to survive DwD on BT/IWBTH just to get the title and a special skill. So melee users have a better chance to survive on IWBTH in general compared to mages?

I am a Phase Fox/Owl mage (cant afford Heimdall/Fenrir), and my record is IWBTH 28 grindfest rounds. I use Haste, Regen II, Shadow Veil, and Spirit Shield, cast Weaken, chaining Divine/Forbidden spells, and ET my mana back from the sole survivor (with Weaken and Silence). Since I have sucky gears and I barely nearly at 30th round, I assumed mages with full Fenrir/Heimdall set should have higher record.
