What are the best Hath perks to purchase, and in what order?

Presumably, maximizing Innate Arcana is the most necessary, particularly for clearing the highest Arenas on BT/IWBTH. Daemon Duality and Black Aura seem excellent as well, although Daemon Duality is so obscenely expensive that I doubt I'd ever purchase even the first level of it by 2014.
Despite running Hentai@Home consistently, I'm looking at about three to four months of time per 200 Hath gained. Hath perks are ludicrously expensive, and I would hate to waste Hath at the wrong times and on the wrong perks.

Don't bother with Daemon Duality. Even catgirls aren't touching it to my knowledge because of how obscenely expensive getting to paradise lost is. You don't have to max IA out immediately, just 2 levels in it should do. Auras are nice too, especially Rainbow. (The order is Black->Rainbow->White I believe, but I've seen people get Black and White first because they are cheaper).

Personally, I'd go for crystarium or the bazaar perks after that, since both of those can be quite valuable.

IA seems to be incredibly useful anyway. Problem is getting the Hath and determining how many IA you need. I know Haste is a given, but what other supportive spells would be beneficial for IA?

As for the Hath Auras, I wanted to go black then rainbow anyway but haven't bought them yet.

I'm not saying they're useless, just that you can easily do without.
Then again, I'm speaking as a mage, so your mileage may vary if you melee.

Suffix-mixing is fine and it does not matter which suffix you get, you still can get the stat bonus from Slaughter, Ox and Warding all alike. Be aware, though, certain suffixes is "less" useful than others and there exist diminishing return for some stats like Mitigation.

Each suffix has its own individual bonus, so you are free to mix and match between suffixes as you please.

Armor bonus only applies if you are wearing all of the same type (cloth, leather, heavy).

In the stat bar in avoidance I have 0% Evade and 0% Block. Is there How can that be when my rank(destined) should give me 2% evade bonus?

Those who have Toplist Aura, Catgirl, and/or ton of Hath and have no where else to spend on

I know at least one player who had bought out all Hath Perks, including that Demon Duality

Yes, because the burden modifier is applied after all evade stat outside battles are calculated.
Even if you have evade from rank, burden over 75 will make bring your effective evade down to 0.
As for block, there's only a few sources where you can get that:one-hand prof (when using one-handed), shield and shield armor. So if you don't have those prof/equips, you won't get any block chance.

However, what I have said about evade applies outside battles. During battles you can still use shadow veil to have a +20% factor in the calculation.

In the old days when you don't have a good EXP source, those aura perks are very useful. Those EXP bonus applies in the aura modifier, which is different from normal adept leaner/EXP tank/daily post bonus modifier. That's why it's valuable.
Black/rainbow aura also gives you 10% more mana/50% regen bonus on HP/MP/SP, so both of them are good for long battles.

Black Aura
+50% bonus to gained EXP
+25% Power
+10% Magic Points
+5% bonus to Dark Resistance
+3 Strength, Agility and Intelligence

White Aura
+50% bonus to gained EXP
+25% Power
+10% Health Points
+5% bonus to Holy Resistance
+3 Dexterity, Endurance and Wisdom

Rainbow Aura
+77% bonus to gained EXP
+77% Power
+50% Health/Magic/Spirit Points regeneration
+2% bonus to Elemental, Dark, and Holy Resistances
+2 to all Primary Attributes
