As you level though and get more crit chance, that %proc chance becomes less important then the other stats

Yes its destruction. It's redwood though, MDB of 30.67. Of course I have arcane focus, and maxed it out too. Armor is superior gossamer of elementalist on body, legs, boots, average phase of surtr cap, fine phase of niflheim for gloves.

Is it terrible to use a mixture of light and heavy armor?

What weapon should I be using? Right now I'm dual wielding axes of slaughter, the bleed damage is nearly useless in IWBTH and if I changed weapons would I see considerable drops in damage? The numbers on the axes are quite high.

Silly question, but how does monster HP work exactly?

Does it have a range? (Like if a monster normally has 100 HP according to a formula, then it can have anywhere between 85-100% of that value when it shows up as its actual HP.) Or is it supposed to be the same no matter what as long as nothing about its stats or mine have changed?

I just found it surprising that FSM had 200k less HP than when I last faced it despite me being at least one level higher than before.

Right now the only thing I am interested in is ilvl-grinding for my balance mace. Even if it is 8 ilvl per IW clear, it still takes a lot of time. I wish I had a hotkey for the special attack =\

How do one earn reasonable amount of Credits each day (without doing the last Arena that is)?

Been training the Scavenger, Luck of the Draw, Quartermaster and Archaeologist skill up a few levels already.

Looks good but only for a cold mage. Couldn't tell you the price. From what I understand most elemental mages use gear for wind/elec/fire.

But that isn't to say that there aren't any. I can think of atleast 2 people who use cold spells.

How long has it been since you faced him? His factor has in recent patches

Check this page http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment_Ranges to see if something is max (you need a script to see the base stats on the item link, or use derpymal's equipment calculator). As for a price, not much imo, since not many people use ice, you could either set up an auction, or a shop, or just have people pm you offers.

As for your complaint about needing a hotkey for skills, there is a script for that

I just use recently back to using chrome. The fact that you don't need more plugin, the single '+' button shortcut, and the brokenness of Shatter temped me to give it a try... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

At any rate, I still couldn't stand any kind of any visual changes to the battle interface, or even anything in HV for that matter, even if such change are actually helpful; I still refuse to install the EQ popup automatic base stat viewer thingy and continue to do it manually using cmal calculator. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
