QUOTE(aeridus @ Mar 13 2012, 02:03) I've knocked off a lot of the training so far (including a couple semi-useless but very cheap ones) and these are the main ones left I'm looking at (slowly) maxing out: Archaeologist (7/10) Quartermaster (10/20) Luck Of The Draw (18/25) Scavenger (28/50)
I think your Scavenger is really low. I've kept most of mine at the same price to upgrade.

QUOTE(trikon000 @ Mar 12 2012, 22:46) Sushilicious got temp banned and Tenboro is still considering wiping out all equipment with the other fellow conspiritors. https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?s=&am...t&p=1732964You might want to start training right away. Ye gods! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Good thing I've been too occupied (and honest) to exploit such a glitch. Sushi, of all people???

Considering that even after getting ALL exp boosting perks and maxing out training, Sushi still needs to do an insane amount of play just to level up (and that was likely on IWBTH). That is something we are all going to face when we hit his unbanned level.
The not so apparent fall out of losing someone like Sushi, is the coding he does. Any new tweak that breaks things like shop helper and the like are going to make things more difficult for the rest of us.

That really sucks. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Hopefully Tenboro changes his mind and just rolls back exp gains and recently gained loot.

I think I can handle a bit of Javascript. With that said, I'm not sure whether Sushi will release the source code (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Sushi actually asked me to update the shop script a while back before whoever-it-was figured out you could jury-rig it by just commenting out a few lines of code. True story. The only reasons I would ever start coding for HV again are 1) somebody compensated me, or 2) I got motivated again by something interesting or a drastic change. The script itself isn't too bad if you're familiar with DOM.

I would go for 'balance everything out there' method like 4everlost. Simply to raise everything evenly. My reasoning is that they are all credit sinks; large amount of credits invested but giving minimal effects. So there's no hurry to max anyone of them. If I get any drastic change I may just quit HV (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Yup. I personally think that it is a bit too harsh on Sushi. Waiting for a miracle for him to come-back! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Is Spirit shield useful to mages? And does it work well together with SoL? Just tried them together in an hourly and SS burnt my needed spirit for SoL to trigger, thus making my SoL failed and I missed my exquisite+ whatever I would have had (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) This post has been edited by LangTuTaiHoa: Mar 13 2012, 19:08

Spirit Shield is useful, period. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Near-death experiences are much rarer for me thanks to it. I only use Spark Of Life when I'm at a final boss and it's in rage mode, just to be safe. Of course, if too many overpowered monsters hit you at once then the Spirit Shield will be overwhelmed, so be careful about having too many monsters with low HP on the field. Also, Godly Spirit Potions are your friend~ This post has been edited by aeridus: Mar 13 2012, 19:29

Spirit shield is a must, you should fill all the spirit tanks and have a spirit potion as a back-up.

Hmm, so I'll have it replace SoL then, and SoL will only be used in critical occasions.

SP shield isn't that good against lots of enemies and strong normal attacks. Adjust your strategy in those cases (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

no you must use both, unfortunately you can be one shot with just four monsters in IWBTH even with every buffs.

well at least he don't need SoL for RoB now and SS+SoL only become a must after reaching the giants land (lv200)
