I'm having a problem with the Equipment Shop Helper script, so I thought I might as well post it here too:

I'm having some problems getting this to work, so I put my mouse over item and press k then go to the shop helper and it gives me a code, but the problem is that I get this:

[L203] [url=]Fair Mace of the Ox[/url] ( - Two-handed Weapon) Price: 1624

It doesn't actually insert the url of my item. My script box currently looks like this:

[L$LEVEL] $BBLINK ($SLOT - $TYPE) Price: $PRICE

How can I fix it so that it does have the link?

where are you trying to use the script? my guess is that it hasn't been updated for the patch 100%

if you're pressing k from the
-equipment screen (when it shows your current sent in use) it shouldn't work
-forge screen it shouldn't work
-equipment screen (when you selected a slot and it shows you the equip options for that slot) it shouldn't work for the equipped item (will give wrong URL) but should work for the list of equips provided
-equipment shop screen it should work.

Ah, I see. I tried it when I went to Inventory screen so that's why.

ah i forgot about that. yeah i don't think it works with the new inventory screen either.

There should be also a script that just adds a button for powerup gems, though I can't remember who wrote/pointed out that. Maybe Cheater Tiap?

It may be of use to those who want a way to easily track/use those drops but don't want to slow down battles using the full Stats userscript.

Crystalized Phazons are used to upgrade phases, and there're tons of mages waiting to update their phases.

More mages maybe? Tenboro probably has the breakdown of what level players are doing what and made it most expensive for the largest group in the bazaar. Now if you are asking about WTB/WTS, its demand driven. Mage gear scales a bit more noticeably then melee gear.

To be a bit more serious:

- It's has something to do with damage...
- It's easier to find a Phase worth upgrading.
- Heavy user are more into mitigation and just use the normal plate, which no need for special material. Another Heavy material are easier to find as well.
- Light armor are extraordinary difficult to find a piece worth upgrading...
- More importantly, most melee player don't even have the money to upgrade...

Mages did make money money than melee, but you'll have to endure like 250 levels in order to see the benefits.

I think he's more saying that there are more high level mages then high level melees. High level players in general have substantially more money then all of us in the lower half.

You can change your play style at anytime, the only difficult part is finding equipment...but as varst said you won't really see much of a difference unless you go through an obscene amount of levels.

I think it's kind of like a chicken or egg scenario though. Are the higher level people richer because being high level made them rich or are they high level because they're rich from non-HV sources? I mean, I spent about 30 mins proofreading and earned more credits than I could in maybe one day's worth of HV. >.<

Saying 'Money' certainly was a bit misleading...

I don't know if it's more surprising that I actually remembered the author or the fact that nobody pointed out this script besides me...

Hello experts! I am not really all that new but I can definitely say I am inexperienced. For the time I've been playing, I've just kind of moseyed along without really looking into how to properly stat, build and gear myself. I have recently started looking through threads to catch hints of how I can improve my play but I just thought I'd ask directly.

My style of gameplay is pretty much tank and auto-attack. I used to wear full plate and started to struggle at 'growing storm' arena level barely completing it even after having to exhaust all potions. I used to cast five-point shadow veil and protection whenever they came off and depleted my MP rather quickly. Never really bothered to use spirit until very recently since I didn't find it necessary to use. I usually just hop on to do arenas hence the very low proficiencies.

Some of my questions are:
-Is 3x heavy, 2x cloth ideal? What would be a good mix otherwise? Light any good?
-Which prefixes and suffixes should I look out for/is purchasing from the bazaar worth it?
-Is mace the best 2h?
-Which abilities should I be using?
-Which abilities should I get? Should I max any buffs/debuffs or just keep one point?
-What should I stat?
-What is a good tip towards leveling up?
AND
-What are some generally useful tips you can pass down?

I am open to all criticism, suggestions and the like. Any assessment of my situation is welcome and greatly appreciated. (And of course if you have equipment you think I can benefit from and you tire of, don't be afraid to sell it to me!)
