QUOTE(rpgman1 @ Jan 4 2012, 11:36) I would like to know how to create hyperlinks to my equipment in the Hentaiverse and sell them in the WTS thread. It seems people are trying out to sell loot they earned from battles to get some credits.
Also, is it better to stick with 2H for melee in the Arena or should I start focusing on magic at higher levels?
Press C while the equipment popup is shown. A real popup window will appear. Use that URL.

Ah so that is how it works. Thank you. I was wondering how people were able to sell their stuff in the WTS section.

Press "c" when mousing over the item. It's in hotkeys section of wiki, visit it, it's crucial for smooth gameplay.

Is Shadow Veil actually useful since I have access to it now? I only have 7.5% evade, but I have 27.1% mitigation in phys. def. and 26.1% mitigation in mag. def.. Enemies are pushovers in Normal, but on Heroic and above they start to hit more often.

With 7.5% evade, it's probably not worth it, but that's just me.

If you only have 7.5% evade, chances are you don't have evade shades. Two options: 1. If you're using light armor, try to collect armors with high evade before using SV. Good substitutes are haste and protection. 2.Or, if you want more protection, change to heavy armor and get a high-bleeding scythe. In that case you'll need protection only...together with cure.

I don't think I can get Shade equipment at my current level anyway. Most of my light armor are from enemy drops. Haste + Protection served me well anyway compared to Shadow Veil + Haste. Only Ethereal weapon I found so far is an Fine Ethereal Shortsword of Balance. Need to farm for HA and a Scythe since I don't have the credits to buy them at the Bazaar.

Mm.. End of Days is unlocked. I wonder if I can complete it on Heroic using a substandard Heimdal/Heaven-sent suit...

Think of it this way, If you are getting hit 100 times without SV, you would only get hit 80 times with it. So with your current evade of 7,5% if you used SV you'd have 1-(1-0.075)(1-.2)=.26 or 26% chance of evading with it. Making you go from getting hit 92.5 hits taken out of 100 to 74 out of 100.

With my luck I seem to get hit more often at higher difficulties. Seems to work out fine in Normal. Shadow Veil costs 16 MP while Protection costs 13 MP. I only have 654 HP and 140 MP, so I need to conserve my MP for Haste + Protection.

I'm level 24 and I have a PL 6 Celestial monster. I'm wondering why I'm not getting any battles with her/it. Do I need to go into the item world or something?

Nah, it just takes a while to rack up the kills. I think the suggested sweetspot is somewhere between 70 and 100 (but after 100 there's a steep drop off).

Okay just unlock the Monster Lab and the Ring of Blood. I wonder what monster should I go for? Also, is the Ring of Blood challenging at my current level?

QUOTE(varst @ Jan 4 2012, 23:12) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I usually just play on Heroic or Nightmare, but yeah, I think I'll just try clearing it on Normal since I doubt 41% Holy EDB and 230% Divine proficiency will get me far...In fact, I'm not even sure if that's enough for Normal. I recommend doing each Ring of Blood arena for the clear bonus and then just hording Tokens of Blood until you can routinely do FSM. As for monsters, I'm not really sure; I thing Giants are capable of racking up kills.

It's recommended that you wait till you have spark of life at level 100.

You mean, I need to kill between 70 to 100 monsters before anything happens? Egads. Thanks for the tip.

Bosses are not that challenging at your level. The safe way is to bring 1-2 scrolls of life and use them when the bosses have almost full SP. Again, save the tokens against FSM. I'm not sure if you can even sustain that in normal.... The safest method is to bring many spirit potions and ET from legends for mana, but that will be freaking slow. No, he means you may need to raise your monster's level to PL70-100 before you can see your monster getting any kills. There are so many monsters with PL under 100 right now, there's a slim chance you're going to meet your monster. Also, you're most likely to meet monsters with PL equals to your level (if you're under lv.100), so the chance to meet your monster is even smaller.

Guess I'll save those tokens of blood then. I got 2 of them anyway. No one yet decided which monster type is best then?

And you raise the monster's PL with Crystals, right?
