Could someone of the experts tell me if I do right?

Power tank is practical useless for HV, it's only useful for forums.
The attribute points aren't so bad distributed, but you should increase DEX/AGI/END to your level and let STR for now until is at your level as well.
You have shield, yet you don't use it, you really should use it.
Abitlites you made a mistake there, slow is not useful for you now, and for a long time, weaken is way better, plus fill up MP tanks, because more MP means more cures.
Equipment, yours aren't a great thing, you should try to buy better quality ones, in other words above fair, and about cotton, don't use it, is the type of gear with less stats, use silk instead with better evade.

@ Ichy

Put points in Item slots, both of them. There are no reasons to not have it.

Stop put point in slow, put it into weaken instead.

More point to MP tank.

Use the green aura.

Stop training, save money to buy better gears. At your level I have like 14 absorb or something.

If you want to train, train Scavenger.

Try to use Shield (I mean the supportive spell and not a weapon, It's better than cure!) and spam it in the arena to build up supportive proficiency.

People won't sell good stuff to bazzar, save for is own, for trading or to sell it for higher prices (still cheaper for the buyers)
However people still look in there, because there always a chance that someone drop something good, either because they don't know or they don't care.

Oh...
I was thinking the Bazaars stuff is randomly generated (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Just one last question:
2 handed combat vs sword and shield? The ability to block some attacks sure sounds nice.

that has been talked in HV Questions Thread (I guess)

2-H is the most deathfully for many monster, but you'll take more damage.
1-H is the safety style for clear some arena challenge, the important factor is your shield good or not.

if want talk nice, mage style is good enough. cuz you can kill many monsters with 1 magic attack, but the good spell only have in high level(start lv 100 I guess)

see in http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Fighting_Styles for reference.

The Bazaar does randomly generate low-level loot at certain intervals and it also deletes some things if the number of equips gets too high. Occasionally, something good does spawn, or someone does sell something good, but most of the time the stuff in there is junk.

2H has a high damage output potential, but you take a lot more damage. 1HS is slow, but you can tank like hell if you've got a high block shield. For arenas, 1HS would be better since you can't afford to lose, then 2H for everything else since you're not losing anything. I've moved further away from being a primarily 1HS to a DW build (though whenever I get the chance, I use Niten -- you can't say no to +75% damage, DomStrikes, and Parry/Accuracy), even though I was a huge shield user for over 100 levels.

Okay. Here are my opinions:

You don't need to have strength so high. Your +accuracy is already trailing behind.Let AGI DEX and END catch up. IMO, you should always strive to keep END and STR at your level, and then the rest into DEX and AGI, with DEX getting the better treatment. Your burden is already high, a few points into AGI is not gonna solve that.

As for your equipments, I think it'll benefit you more to get a longsword of balance. Don't bother with slaughter at your level. You'll clear rounds much faster with higher accuracy than with higher damage. Why? You'll Domino much more and thus, bleedfest should happen very often. Try to find one with around 15% scaled increase in accuracy, and maybe 8% in crit, and of course with a good bleed that'll kill most mobs at your level. I think around 3 turns with 80 bleed damage is a good target to aim for. It'll turn out to be around almost 400 damage when bleed procs.

Also, I think it'll be better if you save up the credits and change all your armor to average and better. Equipments with quality below average generally don't give a good stats:compromise ratio. On that note, try to find stuff with a lot of physical absorb, not mitigation. You won't need to worry about mitigation for a LONG time.

Auras. I think it'll benefit you more if you switch your current auras to DEX and END ones. DEX, for +5% accuracy and END for +2 phys absorb. It's better for 2H build.

And finally training. Please try to save up credits for ability training and put points into MP tanks. You'll last much longer. Don't bother with slow, use weaken instead. Why? Because weaken uses less MP, so you can spam more and get your proficiency high faster. On that note, please level up your supportive prof and use shield, it's a much better use of MP than Cure. Get the 3 points from slow out, use 1 on weaken, then either MP tanks if you don't use items when you grind or item slots if you do.

Get WIS and INT up near level. It is used for MP total and magic defense. If you keep it low, you will get less uses of Cure and Shield magic, and take more damage from mob magic attacks.

Get better grade of Armor. Try to keep Burden below 18 per piece. That high Burden is what is causing you to get hit twice a turn so often.

Get the two Item Slots.

Spam the Shield spell in Cake Grindfest. That means cast the Shield spell on every turn, pausing to use another Mana draught to cast more. Use the Lesser Mana Draughts for now. Try to do this once a day. Your goal isn't EXP, credits, or drops when you spam Shield, it is to quickly make the Shield spell provide more Physical Absorption and last longer.

Lastly, do Montage for your Magic.

Maybe, maybe not.

Equal EXP = equal difficulty (of course, settings above Normal are harder because the monsters take longer to kill), so it may not make any difference. BUT those combinations may not be the best ones for maximising your EXP gain. I get the bigest total from a high level Exquisite item on Cake - but I'm limited by the equipment I have available. I think I could last longer and get more total EXP with an easier combination, but I don't have anything that's a high enough level to let me try it. So YMMV.

Crude@Normal - Easier than CakeFest battles with Normal difficulty drop bonus. After Round 75, the good stuff starts dropping.

Average@Cake = CakeFest without the Credits and with the same lame drops.

You gain a lot more experience in Item World than in Grindfest, especially if it is a good quality piece of equipment.

Also, posting provides an experience bonus. Just post in here about 10 times a day and you'll get a nice boost to your EXP.

How big is the experience boost, and when/how long does it activate? I'm not really sure I want to spam for the sole purpose of experience.

IIRC, it is 100% boost for 100 posts over a rolling 24-hour period. It is calculated logarithmically rather than linearly, so the returns diminish quickly.

I haven't done the exact "math" or anything, but I'd say that Item World offers roughly 1.5 to 2 times the amount of EXP that you'd get from a Grindfest; only the Daily Arenas and the Hourly Battles offer more.

And don't worry about going to an Item World (I.W.) instead of a Grinder; the measly Credits Gain isn't nearly enough to give Grindfest an advantage over I.W., and don't worry that you're going to skyrocket in levels overnight if you do use the I.W.

In any event, I recommend that you go do Item Worlds if for no other reason than that, by selective choice of the Items that you fight in, you can effectively 'control' the quality of the Items and Equipment you win in drops.

@Boggyb
Thanks for the intel. I think I rather skip spamming just for experience, since I do value good content.

@Thanos008
Thanks. Although I was referring only to the differences of frequent posting versus non-posting, I do agree IW is the best way to go. It's too bad that much of the information here isn't instilled within the EHWiki, since content such as quality of items vs game difficulty would be interesting to see.
