The rule is, if someone can use it, and if that someone is yourself or forum lurker, then you keep it. Otherwise, dump it. Superior rare and Exquisite non-rare are the treshold. Magnificent of current meta and Legendary are wanted.

At your level, anything below superior unless it's the best thing you have for own use. And superiors and exquisite equipment that is not usable for you or other low level players. Check the WTB of decondelite. If he doesn't want it, it's worthless.

1) No one does sell soul fragments
2) They're generally too expensive to be considered being bought

That may bring you slightly more in scraps value than just selling, but the micromanagement it takes for a few dozens of credits is just not worth the effort. It's already a pain in the neck to clean the inventory after a full arena run. And we're talkin about merely 3-4 averages a day, if you do full PFUDOR arenas.

I used to make mistakes too in the past too, you're forgiven. Anyway I'm aware of the fact that there aren't many players who have the experience in low level equips, so errors are to be expected.

And here we go again with the 12 RE a day excentricity. Yeah, go ahead, go ruin your life each and every day and every 30 minutes. Come back when you can't bear it anymore, or even when you're taking a break from HV, on a vacation without internet or other kinds of fancy things that make it so that you won't visit HV.

In the top of things that anger me the most around HV, there are:
1) "everything is shit / high grade material"
2) "you are stupid because you're not playing the (assumed) efficient way"
3) "the soul fragment perk is garbage because you can get 60 fragments a day out of REs"

The price check thread is usually used for that. But I fear that you may obtain very approximate estimations or even worse people telling you to salvage while it shouldn't. As for the auctions... feel free to do so if you want, but keep in mind that mid-level players aren't numerous and that fighting over a Mag like this one is unlikely to happen. That is, if super/kedama even accept that item.

There is a good reason why I do work on low level gear. Getting the fair price everyone deserves is one of them. You don't want it to go for the start price (50k) in auctions, do you?

Yes, it is not working properly in Firefox browser (for some unknown reasons), however it works in Chrome. Will investigate and fix it when will have enough free time. There is no absolute guaranteed and right way to deal with equipment.

The idea is that salvaging should bring you more materials that you can buy for money in case of bazaaring according to prices of in-game bazaar. However, noone buy materials from bazaar - it is way cheaper to buy stuff from WTS-section of the forum.

If bazaar price of equipment is 101 credits, then you can get two Scrap from it. If you consider that price of Scrap is 85 in WTS-section, then by salvaging you have saved 69 credits (2 x 85 - 101). However if same equipment has price of 198 credits, you still will get same 2 scraps and will lose 28 credits by salvaging (2 x 85 - 198). So you can't rely on bazaar price for all times.

There is no best tactic here apart from calculating the price of equipment manually and deciding whether salvage it or bazaar. If you are using HVtoolBox script - it may tell you what is more "beneficial" to salvage/bazaar according to prices you have provided in settings.

You will get 3 scraps from averages if the price exceeds 200 credits, high drop condition or high rolls can cause this.

It's already a pain in the neck to clean the inventory after a full arena run.

I haven't experimented much with it yet, but would it be easier if you lock or move to storage everything you are keeping, then just use the sell all buttons after each arena?
