I have a question about builds: I am currently using shade + Ethereal DW, but single target is pretty slow when farming arenas for leveling. Is it worth going Two handed for multi target? And if so, should I stay with shade armor (considering I spent quite a bit on the equipment)?

QUOTE(BlueWaterSplash @ Oct 26 2017, 15:38) dragon54, yeah do like what reality_marble said. Start at low arenas and work your way up and see.
That isn't a good idea. It's possible to clear SG arenas with mediocre equipments because they don't have many monsters. Unless your DW is very good you can't clear easily (because you can, but struggling a bit) arenas with 7-10 monsters on it This post has been edited by lololo16: Oct 26 2017, 20:49

right, but I wouldn't suggest him doing other arenas that aren't SGs or RoB with his current set. Dual wielding for the last three arenas, 1h or niten are faster on the other arenas (at your level and if you are poor (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) )

QUOTE(Mantra64 @ Oct 26 2017, 23:04) I don't know where I should post this, but it seems that something happened to my trophies. All my special holiday trophies since 2012 (except my 7 Pot of Gold) have disappeared from my list. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Since artifacts are the only thing I'm shrining I'm really confused and worried about this issue. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif) It's probably one of the scripts you have installed. HVtoolBox for example by default hides a bunch of things to prevent unwanted shrining/selling. This post has been edited by Sapo84: Oct 26 2017, 23:07

You are right. I just noticed that as well. I just recently installed HVtoolbox. However should it not also hide the Pots? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) It should. I messed up with "Potion" and "Pot" names/strings. I will fix it in new version. BTW if anyone have ideas about new features, tell them in HVtoolBox thread. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) This post has been edited by f4tal: Oct 27 2017, 00:45

Started playing the game and wanted to know if there is a preferred staff type like oak or redwood with destruction attached maybe?

DW is for lone tough opponent. Use DW for ring of blood. 2H is for numerous squishy mob. But its defense is awful. You should not play at high difficulty with 2H unless your gears are highly upgraded. Niten is a point of compromise. 1H eats anything thrown at it, it's just slow...

A lot of users make these kinds of posts (I may have made one in the past, I don't remember) because that is the way most forums are. Even if you read the forum rules you will not understand where your posts should go. I suggest that Scremaz possibly reword some of his rules there. It is written well already, but it needs to further emphasize the difference between this forum and most other forums. Most other forums do not have run-on threads like Ask the Experts. And even if there is such a thread, talking in there will get poor or no responses, which is not the case here.

Is it possible for mage player to play without using potions/elixir and only using Draught. If yes then at what level, magic regen per tick will be more then enough to play.? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) This post has been edited by ALL_MIGHT: Oct 27 2017, 08:25

Should I wait 'til I have enough for a Gold Star, or should I just buy a Bronze in a month or so? Is it difficult to buy Gold from Bronze? Better investments for gold-making, aside from flipping?
Edit: Oh, and is there anyone who sells Bronze for a decent price? I.e. 20% of GS?

Bronze is a good first step. It just adds up, so when you first get bronze or silver, you just have to donate the difference to get Gold. Just look in the WTS for sellers, you can PM a GS-seller to discuss price of Bronze. Or make a WTB.

Doesn't seem like anyone is selling apart from BJ. 10M is a bit steep, but I'd pay it if he's willing to sell. Might get in contact when I sell Blender.

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) In low difficulty yes.It only cost me less than 10 consumbles (except draught) to clear hell grindfest. Arena cost less, but it also cost me 60-70 mana potions(without any other consumbles except draught) to clear full arena(include SG) at pfudor. Buy a Bronze is better but it's hard to find someone who sell. Crystal perks pays back quicker if you play much(about a month to earn additional 7750 hath worth crystals for about 5k rounds a day). This post has been edited by issary: Oct 27 2017, 10:55

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) with noni we were speaking about including some of the guides that were floating around in the first page of some other ongoing threads like some sort of FAQs, but i don't know how many people will read them... seriously, i'm not even sure people read rules, letting apart topic introductions... QUOTE(cxxts @ Oct 27 2017, 03:19) Started playing the game and wanted to know if there is a preferred staff type like oak or redwood with destruction attached maybe?
which element? if you don't tell us that, it's quite hard to answer you... either way, try reading here: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/HentaiVerse_Advice_...ced#Mage_Weaponhttps://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment#Staffshttps://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment_Suffixes#Staffsideally, you want your staff to boost your EDB, MDB and prof. all at once, as much as the particular combo of prefix/suffix allows you. for a starter with a tight budget (and a low level) you can go for a sub-optimal choice, but in the end you may need high-grade items.
