from 0.85 not exceeding 2.5ts, at 0.84 it was at 3.8ts being melee that means more than an hour apart to complete all the arenas
What can I do to raise my ts?

try incognito mode from your browser and use only scripts what you real need!
also no add-blocker and maybe just use one browser only for playing hv.

May I know how can I view base value of equipment on cellphone browser. I am not asking about % I just wanna know base value

hit hard. you'll already have enough Speed for most of things.

usually a Shade build already provides a fair amount of Atk Speed for most uses. to give you an example, my DW build has 30% - no Agile, no Swift Strike.
the only playstyle that may need an Agile-prefix (and possibly Swift Strike) boost is FRD 2H. but apart for this particular case, it's just another non-Savage prefix, i guess...

try chromium portable, but just for HV

If you want to use extensions in incognito you need to give explicit permissions

when using a mace, agile helps to maximise stun rate and make the most of each stun, increasing your survivability. not too important for arenas even on PF, where any legendary mace paired with decent armour should see you through, but useful for GF and IW
