I'm playing 2 handed weapon warrior
and I'll change to weapon&shield warrior in future

then intelligence is not needed?

Well it doesnt matter that much at your level. TBH i play 1H and have more int than you. Well of course just for a few cheap spirit points, but except that, no intelligence means nothing for any melee char. Btw it looks like you should repair your equipment.

Just push - next to intelligence, it is possible to stupify yourself slowly.

Dexterity and Endurance. Strength comes next, but it should be a lit a bit behind. If you're going to play 1 handed, Agility should be nerfed to Oblivion. If you stay 2 handed, Agility should be a bit behind Strength.
Keep a minimum of Wisdom for the small magical mitigation it gives. Intelligence... just add points to it when it's ridiculously cheap compared to the rest.

Sorry to hear that the pony quizz is giving you problems. Most players succeed in answering correctly 95% of the time. So just keep trying and use the pony chart. Rest assured, you will not lose stamina when you answer correctly. There are other ways to lose stamina: did you check the wiki?

As an IW weapon potency is Overpower/Counter-parry desirable or should I just reforge it it I get it as a first potency to try getting damage/crit/speed instead?

Also the regeneration bonuses in gold star and hath perk works on the normal regeneration only, the "in-combat regeneration", or they also apply as a bonus to the magic/item "restoration".

Well that depends on the style you want to play. 1H dont have any use for overpower. But afaik it can be usefull for DW.

in-combat for sure. don't remember for items. but regeneration out of combat is now immediate, for both GS and non-GS

I just unlocked Innate Arcana III, but the third slot is not available in my settings. I have waited an hour. Should I be worried or need I do something?

Server needs a little time "to get" your new Hath Perk. Just wait a little.
And no, switching set/personas/settings/etc have no effect - you need just wait a little.
Usually no more than half hour.

You are sure that you are giving right answers? Maybe you learn names of the ponies wrong?

If you are 1H (guy with weapon in one hand and shield in another), then your potencies are:
Fatality > Butcher >>> Overpower >> Swift Strike
If you are DW (guy with two weapons) or 2H (one weapon in both hands), then your potencies are:
Overpower > Fatality >> Butcher = Swift Strike (ain't, guys and ladies?)

You should, however, not bother with getting perfect potencies on your weapon if it is not your long-term weapon. Just get any potencies on trashy weapons and don't mind. If it is, however, some Legendary piece of equipment, then you mind to get best potencies, but do not push yourself too hard here.

Afaik, it applies to regenerations effects your get from restoratives (like draught) and from Regen spell itself.
But I might be wrong here. Correct me somebody here.

Yes, even after getting the max Power Level - you still can increase Chaos Upgrades. Stats (STR, DEX, AGI, so on) are part of Powerl Level - so to get max Power Level, you should max them up first (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

from my limited experience as a DWer, i'd say the important stats for a waki are:
parry
DEX, AGI
crit (useful indeed, but the way it's added up doesn't make its spread so relevant)
ADB (useful indeed, but rolls are low to begin with and the 20% penalty makes the difference not so relevant)
all the rest.

maybe a slight preference for crit if you play as a nitener. in your case, uh... i'd pick the demonic one. too bad those DEX/AGI rolls are so low. you can still try to equip both and see how much Crit varies though.

I don't recommend balance offhand for niten. The only good about it is some slight extra crit, & most damage dealt by splash & bleed, not offhand strike. 90% off-strike is fine by me.

The PL cap, 2250, is reached when you get +25 for every primary attribute and +50 for every elemental mitigation.

I don't dare to recommend anything for frd run though a was through that as well.

At that time, i used frd when starting the next round, killed 5 before the stun expired (this is where swiftness suffix is useful), & filled overcharge while killing the rest (better survival with nimble here), repeat. Not sure if nimble or swiftness, or nimble+swift strike. Tedious style anyway.
