Is this a worthwhile upgrade for the money?

Gotcha. I wish Leg slaughter had a bigger ADB differential. I need at least +1000 to cut down monster fights by only one turn. 0.85 made things so much more tedious at Normal and "hahahaha lolno yer gonna be here awhile" at PF.

No.

This was one of the changes of the recent update. It doesn't matter if you cast Imperil 1 time or 100 times per round, you still get the same amount of deprecating proficiency.

I haven't tried or used IW even a single time till now.
(my equipment were not worth it.)

But as everybody know nowadays ,Snowflake is angry with IW and ruins equipments.

So should i IW my below two equipments or should i just focus on upgrading them?

Forget about IWing your shield, it's not that useful.
As for your rapier, it's already a bit too late to reforge it. If it wasn't soulbound, you could have paid someone for an IW service and get the good potencies, but now that you are there, you'd better finish your IW and take whatever is given to you. Just pray that you don't get Swift Strike and if you don't get it it's already very good. Unless you're wanting to use that Rapier for DW in which case swift strike is good.

my t/s is 0.800 to 1.3 or even slower. i have done everything to improve this but i've given up
i play 1h

my credits right now are most likely zero
because i alswys spen them to buy magnificents at autcions

what is the most ideal thing to do at my level and also considering my ping, im thinking to save up credits to invest for adept learner currently220 to 300 and exp gain hathperks to level up faster

or to invest to get legends and forge them?

is it bad that i've never forged and soulfused any of my armor?

A lot of things to do:
1) Optimize your computer. So disable indexing and all the useless services.
2) Turn off your antivirus while playing. And perform a few scans in case you have a trojan or something.
3) Run CCleaner.
4) Smack all useless backgrounds processes like Adobe Updater and all.
5) Play HV on Chrome if it's not already the case. And disable all Chrome's bullshit activity like tracking, sending reports or God knows what.
6) Try to play with regular HTTP instead of HTTPS, or alt.hentaiverse.org
7) Don't use your ISP's DNS. Use Google's or OpenDNS (which I highly recommend). I did experience huge lag issues in the past due to that. Don't forget to set it up for both IPv4 and IPv6.
8) If the game's becomming too hard, favor Power of Protection instead of Power of Slaughter. Don't be afraid to use a few deprecating spells aswell if necessary: Silence and Weaken rock for 1H.

As for your IW/Forging issues... don't both IWing your armor unless it's really the only thing left you have to do. Don't forge Mag Power aswell, it's a waste of rare materials. Focus on getting Legs/Peerless and focus your priority in forging your weapon+shield, IWing your weapon.

Regarding speed I want to share my experience. Might be useful to others.

Then I key bind everyfuction and attack to be fast.
But even then maximum turn per sec I reached was 1.75

Then
I installed Chrome Canary separate browser just for HV.
And now my turn per second is 2.95

i can understand using OpenDNS (i do it as well), but isn't setting them for IPv4 enough?

i appreciate all what decondelite and All Might said but my pc is just and old windows vista on a 10yr.old laptop whose backlight is destroyed i use an external monitor for the display

there arent so manyh browsers that are compatible with win vista

in the first palce my maximum downlod speed is 1mb/s(torrenting)

and i only use pocket wifi because im poverty in real life and i live in the mountains we dont have utility poles/

you may try switching to mage. t/s will be roughly the same (if not a bit slower), but number of turns should be considerably lowered. it would require a certain initial investment though.

depends on your playstyle. 1H is fine with IA3. other styles could take advantage from IA4

you may start looking for auctions, yep. a mid-tier Leg one shouldn't be too expensive

Nah, it's not enough. I did have DNS issues roughly 2 months ago because apparently my connexion to HV seems to be sometimes in IPv4, sometimes in IPv6. Setting my IPv6 DNS fixed the issues.

Their IPv6 are the following:

It happens with me too and I also has set only IPv4

Both connectivities have to be enabled in your network card, of course. If IPv6 is not enabled there, it can't possibly be used. Furthermore, there is a general will to simply stop supporting IPv4 in favor of IPv6 (I suppose it will even reach future versions of Windows)so that companies stop using IPv4 due to laziness/why switching to IPv6 if IPv4 still works.

There's a technology called "dual stack" that allows to pick IPv6 whenever it's possible, IPv4 otherwise.

Long story short, disabling IPv6 on a computer is bad, and you should feel bad. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

I was browsing in the WTS/WTB section, and looking at an item link I came up with something I didn't excpect (and honestly, I didn't even suspect it could be possible). How can it happen that an equipment has all stats and PABs at zero ?

Ahh, I hadn't notice it ... but now I'm wondering how can condition go to 1.

Did the player kept it equipped forever without repairing, possibly while loosin more and more battles while the equipment degraded more and more ? This is the only way it comes to my mind, thou' I cannot imagine someone doing that - to what aim ?
