hello,guys. i have a question about OFC in SG arena.(only played first two arena)
now i only use OFC at the final round, in other rounds monsters are fewer and hit the SGs is ok to clear others out. but i tried to use OFC in the middle rounds today, and found that i can't keep Spirit Stance after i spam OFC. so i just want to ask how does you guys use OFC in SG arena? simply hit monster and wait for the OC reach 200+ then Toggles Spirit Stance and use OFC to clear them out, and come out of Spirit Stance go into next circle? will this strategy better than keep Spirit Stance on without using OFC?

another question: which deprecating spell do you use when facing SGs, and how do you use it?

Final round only is the way to go.
Exhausting spirit stance in any of the rounds before = losing time to recharge OC and enabling spirit stance again.
As for how I initially start spirit stance, I just enable it once I reached 50 OC (2 full OC pips) and it'll eventually fill itself anyway, given that I have at least 3 monsters per round.

on standard mobs. with SGs and other punch bags like FSM you may find a bit of improvement.

I used to use the HV Item Manager script. It broke a while ago when the inventory system got overhauled. Is there a replacement for it? Or at least some means to automatically list my equipment inventory?

I don't think this is a problem, in 50 turns you can't recharge 210 OC anyway so toggling out SS actually let's you recharge OFC faster.
The ideal would be:
round x: OFC
round x+1: automatically out of spirit stance
round x+y (with y <=10): enable spirit stance
round x + 50: OFC again
then repeat

In my quick testing the damage loss of having SS off for <10 turns + 1 turn loss for enabling SS is may be less than waiting 20-30 turns more for OC to fully recharge.
(actually tested on a 97 rounds PFUDOR IW so it's not exactly the same as SG arenas but whatever)

Speaking of 1H it's not vastly different since 0.85, vital strike it's now a pretty good solution for when there is only 1 or 2 SG, less OC cost and similar damage, the only drawback is that you must use it on stunned monsters, which means more micro-managing.
I think it's something that you need to test it out, it may depends on how fast you are at micro-managing and how long does it take to kill a SG.
The only think I would say it's mandatory it's to either have a rapier and inflict some PA or use imperil before hitting with OFC or Vital Strike, 3XPA applied more than double the damage, letting you, in some case, one-shot the SG (in case of konata from nearly full health, the others need to be weakened a bit first).

There are probably some video of me doing SG runs here.
Note that I would now surely use vital strike with 1 SG and, possibly, with 2 SG (I would need to do, at least, 4-5 days of 1H to really be confident, and 1H is too fucking slow).

Well damage of the Mag is okay, parry is quite a bit low. And the lack of an element really hurt. I would say, fuse it just if you have more then enough fragments atm. But you should really replace it quick with a rapier with element. TBH i havent seen a nonelemental rapier for a while, didnt thought that would be even possible any longer.

Also i would not recommend the use of shielding plate. I know it sounds good at first. More block, means more attacks that dont do any damage. But as i see it, that little bit higher block chance is the lack of the bonus damage just not worth it. I mean maybe you could use a single piece or two to compensate the lower blockbonus you have at your level. But i really suggest to avoid a whole shielding set.

albeit it's true on average, all weapons reach Void Strike when IWed to lv10 - regardless the prefix

IW10 grants void damage too. But elemental rapiers have burden, which is favourable to 1H playstyles and can be completely negated for DW playstyles with a featherweight shard.
Furthermore, with an elemental you know what elemental strikes you will get at IW10 (the already existing element+void strike), while an ethereal is a random pick between the 6 elements added to the void strike.
