3 points of staff proficiency resulted in 0 MD gained... Is that how it was or something is indeed wrong?

I alway thought it was 10 points before someting noticable happened... but it's likely that i'm wrong.

Well, 1H prof seems to be working fine at least (about 4 ADB per point).

My Question to HV Godslayers

I'm total noob and anyway I'm trying to get all the power enchanted equips and Etheral rapier.

This is my current aim but I'm a bit confused whether to save money and buy upgraded decent equips

or do all the things from the beginning

If I buy all the equips from users, How much do you think it'd be? (suppose equips are like power slaughters and superior~magnificent)

It really depends on the level of quality you're aiming. Unfortunately, there is almost no Legendary equips for players of your level. For the time being, just aim for full Exquisite Power and Exquisite Rapier an you'll be fine. Don't hesitate to forge your rapier to Lvl5 and to get it to Potency tier 10, but don't forge your Power set, it's really not worth it.

You'll be able to look for Magnificent weapons starting off Lvl250, even though they remain rare at that level.

Magnificent Shocking Rapier of Slaughter
instead of my brand new shortsword:

i also have some pieces with nice rolls but not so useful in this meta. let's hope in the next one(s).

Chromium is a little faster in my case, but that may be just a coincidence or quirk of latency =)

Test it yourself! Results might differ between users. I suggest using a separate profile / browser just for HV. A new installation of Opera gives me 3.0-3.5 t/s (pretty much all Chromium core browsers share that performance in my case) instead of my old shitty 1.7 on FF (I guess due to my 6 million history entries).

Shocking rapier. Get it to IW10, maybe forge a very little (nothing that requires bindings).
Middle 300s start watching for decent legendary xxx rapiers of slaughter in auction.

best way is to see for yourself. just use some script so you can compare clear speeds doing a set of arenas with the rapier 1 day and the shortsword another day.

I am second for Rapier of Slaughter. Slaughter means more damage and this is what you should really care.
Switch to Legendary Rapier of Slaughter as soon as possible and when credits will allow you.

Shocking it will be then. I suppose I'll try to sell it back once I'm done with it.

No, magnificent rapier of slauther is not useless, however not as useful as legendary rapier if slaughter =)

it would simply mean that a Mag's IW won't be as optimized as a Leg one. so, aim for void stirke and whatever comes out. i guess you may end with 4-5 good potencies onetheless

first conclusions seem to be that you need to be a higherup and have your axe forged quite a bit. if someone knows a bit of japanese, we may try to ask blackjac to run some tests too...

blackjac00, a renowned star seller. usually he puts in his sig whether he's active or not. i never traded with him apart for selling him a few trophies, but afaik he has a good reputation for stars too.
