No. It's recent.

That's 47% ADB according to my ranges script.

I noticed way back when Superlatanium first switched to the new script for his auctions that all the damage percentages dropped, and more for rapiers than other weapon classes. I am pretty sure this is just because the minimums referenced in the script are significantly higher (such as 44+ for legendary rapiers of slaughter instead of the 42.8 listed in the wiki).

The only question I have is, which is correct, and why did the discrepancy arise? I have to admit I have never seen a legendary rapier of slaughter below 44 ADB. But I think it's also supposed to be true that absolute maximum and minimums for most stats are exceptionally rare (not a uniform probability distribution) due to the small PXP0 contribution to base stats.

i did some rough calculations comparing axe and shortsword, and there seems to be a fairly even balance between axe doing more damage and shortsword countering more often, as long as damage is forged enough

this is just theory, but i have a full arsenal of 1H weapons (one from lottery and the rest from bazaar, so i will have to do some numbers for a fair comparison) to run tests once i can be arsed to IW them

Probably a waste of 15k but who knows. If I didn't have alternatives I would surely use this one, and I might still use this one. I wonder if Santa laughs at this one.

Nah, this is worth the 15k. Maybe 20-30k. It has the right stats in the right places.

Going to need a back-up weapon once I start item worlding my rapier eventually. This might be what I'll use once I get the levels up for soulbind
