For new HV users, just remember that things that are bought in the bazaar, cannot be resold to another user.

Usually what you buy in the bazaar, is like borrowing equipment that is better than what you already have equipped to use it and that you get cheaper than being bought in the WTS, then when you have already got a better one, just returns it by reselling it, because there is nothing better to do with it.

Parry is not good, so it's not a good piece.
At least defensively.
Offensively it has good ADB, Crit Chance, STR and DEX.
I'm looking for a peerless so I won't be using it. But it was just sad to keep it laying in bazaar so I kindly rescued it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

And talking about that, along with this, there was a very very bad Waki of Swiftness, IW10 too, that got bazaared at the same time of the one I bought.
It had like 10% ADB and Crap PABs, and Attack Speed wasn't good either.
