If I didn't use ssss2's script, I could see myself won't bother to even skim the list on bazaar to check if there's any usable stuff there.

Deflection is fine, but the rest of the stats on it aren't particularly great (BLK 25%, Pmit 40%, Mmit 17%, Str 63%, End 51%, Agi 80%, Pier 9%)

Regarding shield for 1h, people are generally more fussy about block and PAB instead of prefix/suffix.

Parroting peeps above me about Block and PAB composition being more of important aspects. But seems they missed the level thingy. You're 319 and the stuff's 500. I saw a better 500 force shield yesterday, still <50% Block but it's an SDE! Still useless for you tho.
