This is the most unpopular contest I've ever seen. I was thinking that maybe people were taking their time to write because the deadline was far off, but it's starting to come up now.

At least you get a nice fishy.

BlueWaterSplash you must not fret,
for the deadline is still not here yet.
Look at the banner threads for a slow contest,
and you'll notice they're few however the best.

I noticed this contest via the event tag,
on a week I won at auctions may I also brag.
However it's lacking a deadline in title so more people try,
or maybe they're shy and think they're just small fry.

Then again there's some decent credits on the line,
so I better shut up so they end up being mine.
Forgive my intrusion as I was just looking around,
for those strong goodies that aren't in town.

Maybe add an advert on the poor players club thread,
to at least make it likely it ends up being read.
In any case there's still time to submit those poems,
so let's wait a bit before we can think about problems.

Or make the title lively with some cute-bright icons,
so everyone gets drawn as if they were wet nylons.
Take lessons from Ming or morineko about those,
or just post a female Sinterklaas with lewd pantyhose.

Why was this posted you might ask curiously,
I'm just sitting here waiting very anxiously,
for the Random Encounter's timer to expire,
but hopefully this post more entries inspire.

In the quiet halls of HentaiVerse
At the table's head, Noni rose
He gathered the newbies
Though they'd come for the boobies
And requested from them their best prose

The plan was laughs and hoots and jokes
and we got a few in time,
But the players stayed quiet
In absence of a riot,
Lestion penned his best quality rhyme.

He struggled to find a rhyme for Scremaz
So he didn't, but perhaps for another
He thought of his senior varst,
Whose powers, wisdom and memories are vast,
And watches us like (a) Big Brother.

There's little space in a poem to dedicate
to the cat's friends, both new and old,
Shank, firew and Genie,
Ming, zhenter and yami,
We hope in time Drk returns to the fold.

And since we're talking about friends,
or mods, there's one that I know
It was a pleasure to meet him
so I want to finish my poem
with a tribute to Maximum_Joe.

LAST DAY!

I’ve forgotten in which Day,
But I’m sure it’s not in May,
I meet Brew,
Brew, the sweet, lucky Donkey.

We don’t stay together all the Day,
But we want to play,
Every Time we meet each other,
We stay together to play HV.

HV is not an easy Game,
I become Mage but Brew keeps Melee.
We do find some Equipments,
But which one to choose?

HV has all kinds Equipments,
Just looks like a Quiz.
Our Brains buzz buzz,
Until we can see Scremaz.

Scremaz is a dancing Polar Bear,
But we don’t need to take care,
He is not dangerous at all,
Just tasty like Beer.

He teaches us, which one to choose,
He guides us, how to use,
His Kindness and Patience,
Are infinite like a golden Goose.

I’ve AFKed for two Years,
Now I’m back before Christmas.
It snows, but I feel myself warm here,
Not only because of Brewdonkey and Scremaz,

But also because of you!
Each of you!
You kindly and lovely HV Players,
You’re shining like Moring Dew.
