Everything that scales down with level also scales up, including Bleeding Wound. On the other hand, the fact that the proc chance doesn't scale down doesn't mean it won't scale up. It could be like Interference and Burden.

With one AP you're left with 1 HP when it triggers, and each additional AP increases that by 7% of your max HP (including equipment stat bonuses, don't know about Health Tank). It was less (or I got my arithmetic wrong), but I complained to Tenboro that it didn't match his patch notes, and it seems he's fixed it. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) He didn't change the amount of SP required though - that's still 50%.one seller[/i]]

I have this single question:
If you have 1HP when a mob hits you making spark of life trigger, you still recover 4*7% of max HP (with the 5 AP on the ability) or you're left with 1HP?

I would personally suggest that you get Pack Rat and/or Refined Aura ranks. You'll absolute want all 9 of them (5 Pack Rat, 4 Refined Aura) eventually, so getting them early means you don't have to worry about saving up for the later (and the last few ranks take a long time to save up for).

scavenger gives the best bang for the buck of all the drop increase training so you should probably start with a couple levels of that, archeologist and quartermaster are pretty useful too though. I honestly can't even remember what the first couple levels of all the trainings even cost, so I don't know how much of each you can even afford all mine are well over 100k. All though if you want to level faster adept learner is very useful, and your eventually gonna want refined aura when you have excessive aura points.

its based on your max health

well right now my level of adept learner is 33 (610c for next), scavenger is 5 (about 2500 for next), so I could level one of those a good amount.
But I guess I cant go wrong with an extra aura slot, right?

So I just put a point into Spark to try to answer this for you, but I discovered something I didn't expect:
(IMG:[i50.tinypic.com] http://i50.tinypic.com/b6cbwl.png)

Apparently, with only 1 AP in it, Spark does give you only 1 HP when it triggers. I didn't know that.

I'll put more AP into Spark as I level, to try to answer this question properly. However, I'm fairly certain that it gives you the same amount of HP, no matter how much you had left before it triggered.

Precisely. Each additional aura you pick up gives 7% more EXP and Power, and you get more stats from the aura, too.

You also can't go wrong with an extra item slot. Late arenas tend to be more endurance matches than being actually difficult. It doesn't matter if you can blast everything in one shot if you run out of mana halfway through. Having enough items to last you the entire run can mean the difference between winning and losing (at least until you get to very high levels, then you can do Battletoads arenas without using a single item and still have time to spam for proficiency). That, and you can grind for longer in GF and IW if you're into using the weak items there.

I'm not sure I agree about needing all 4 levels of Refined Aura. I'm about to hit level 150 and I'm just now thinking of picking up my 3rd. Hell, I'm not sure when I would have even picked up my first 2 levels had Auras not given credit bonuses back in the day. I'm just not sure they are that worth it, well, unless you have a lot of credits lying around.

I picked up the ones that give me bonuses I can use -- neither of the magic attack -- so I have 5 of the 7 (my two trained went into Y and (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif). The power and exp bonuses don't appeal to me at all and elemental ratings don't do jack shit. Extra aura slots to beef up your primary mode of combat is nice, but you've gotta prioritize them with extra item slots.

Same here. I, however, am considering buying another slot to pick up magic damage, though I might just drop magic absorb from my set auras and save the 75k for something else.

I didn't get the last 2 slots until around the 80s, which was when I decided to max out my EXP gain. I can totally see why one might want to skip the Blue and Indigo auras, as they provide the least benefit. I got them almost exclusively for the 7% EXP (and so I could have a pretty Auras page (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)).

So, like I assumed, Spark does heal you for the same amount, no matter how much HP you had beforehand.
