yes, afaik the 1k round drop penalty has been removed, and now it only concerns artifacts and tokens from IW and GF, as stated on wiki and previously mentioned by admin:

The global loot penalty for playing many rounds on lower difficulties was removed. Instead, only when doing Grindfest and Item World, a fixed rare drop modifier is applied to artifact and token drop chances, decreasing the drop rate for these two types of items at lower difficulties.

What is your Forge Level? You will need to max it out if you want to fully upgrade your equipment.

It's been maxed at Level 50 a while now. It says 0/13750 when I hover over the dead blank bar.

If all your upgrades are maxed then there is nothing more you can do.

Upgrades for physical and magical damage are capped at 100. All others max out at 50.

you just have to IW it one more time at PFUDOR. Then you 'll get potency tier 10, hollowforged, and you'll be able to rename it to "Sesshomarus Cranny Axe"

Oh, I misunderstood the question. I thought Sesshomaru Moon meant upgrade level rather weapon level. Yeah, the only way to reach Level 10 now is through the Item World as DJNoni suggested.

It's because of this. We should be able to max level a weapon completely on bindings. Or is that part of the cruelty of HV?
