I believe it's in the order listed.
Evade > Block > Parry
So Yes. Evade prevents a counter. So 1 Handers recommend against having Evade.

tl;dr: Yes, this is a correct order, and yes, Evade is not a best friend for one-handed melee.

One-handed melee, especially on higher difficulties, relies on counter-attacks a lot and since Evade does not trigger a counter-attack (however it saves you from the attack, so it is not completely useless, especially for novice players) - you lose an opportunity to deal an extra damage, recover overcharge bar, etc, etc.
If you want to lose the Evade, then you should lower your Agility stat (be careful, because Agility also gives you defence, so don't leave yourself weak) or increase your Burden (but no more than 70 or you will lose Crit bonuses) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Is there some script for Spark of Life notification to be undismissable on keyboard clicks? I use digits 1-9 to attack monsters and often when Spark triggers I click again faster than recognize danger and so popup dissapeares and I die.

no, and i'm afraid it'll be a bit against rules. i can only suggest you to be careful about what you're doing or to use Monsterbation (it's a few threads above these ones), which apart for hovering will add some additional checks (like stop on Spark)

How do I get scripts working on palemoon or the new firefox?

Monsterbation isn't working anymore

I want it to work on the alt.hentaiverse.org too because TenB hates me and the main hentaiverse gives me 0.2 turns per second.

It is just a different DNS record into the a cluster that is connected in a different way. If your ISP is crap at handling the main domain you can try the alt. instead and the routing may do better (or worse).

there are some formulas for scaling. check here: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Level_Scaling


otherwise i use a simple linear interpolation formula:

What is "ADB"? I see it really often in WTS threads. I know it stands for "attack damage bonus", but how should I interpret this?

if you really want, as a measure of the "strength" of your attacks. on a general base the higher the ADB, the harder you'll hit mobs.

But how does the seller get to know that ADB? I mean, I see item with same level, but one has attack 100 and ADB 5% and second has attack 100 and ADB 40%. How is it even possible to distinguish such powerfull item among the overs with same attack?

For me, first one is much better than second one (regardless levels). But the second has a lot more ADB, which means (if use formulas you gave me) it will damage like 1.5 times greater than the first one.

It's because of the suffix bonus. Slaughter give a 1.3x base damage multiplier (according to the wiki).

When comparing it using %ADB, you need to make sure that they're of the same type of item (rare armor & rare armor, for weapon, same type of suffix).
