Hello.
I got a question regarding the probability of a proficiency gain when using magic. Basically, I'd like to boost my magic proficiencies the quickest way possible, but I read something that troubles me over here:
https://ehwiki.org/wiki/proficiencies#Gaini...c_ProficienciesQUOTE
The chance of gaining proficiency when using a spell is directly tied to the cost of the spell compared to the player's base magic points.
OK, so if it's perfectly clear about the player's base magic points, it is much less clear about what the "cost of the spell" is. I mean, which one of the following is it?
-the percentage cost of the spell? (as shown in the table
on the wiki regarding spells)
-the MP cost once the percentage is applied to the player level?
-or the actual cost once the interference is applied?
Depending on the answer, I'd chose different options to boost these spells. For the two first options, I'd go boost my proficiencies with a mage playstyle, for the 3rd one I'd rather use a heavy melee playstyle, that maxes out the interference.
