Just out of curiosity, is it possible to die, be saved by Spark of Life, but after the effect be still take enough damage to die anyway (in the same round of battle)?

I just find it interesting that you can sometimes come back with more HP after the SoL triggers than before.

No, at the same round that spark triggers, you should receive something like 0-1 damage from further attacks IIRC.

Something seems to be wrong with the "HentaiVerse Equipment Comparison" script!

For example if I try to compare these 2 equipments

Exquisite Shade Helmet of Negation

and

Exquisite Shade Helmet of Negation

It shows me this crap here



Its without a doubt wrong.

I defenitely activated the right equipment slot but it walways shows me the wrong data no matter which equipment I try to compare.

I figured out that it doesnt matter which equipment I try to select (body, helmet, legs etc.) it always compares it with the feet slot. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I dont remember that it ever happened before. I even tried to reinstall it but without a success.

I had one encounter where three monsters hit me, the third dealing the killing blow. Spark of Life triggered, activating the Cloak of the Fallen, and a fourth monster that would normally hit for 1100+ damage only did ~350.

While I didn't save/calculate/examine the numbers, that's what I remember happening.

It's not the case during the turn when spark activates, but the turns after it has activated.
In fact, the battle log of spark has change a lot over time:

I am not sure what happened afterwards. But judging from the HP left and the battle logs, it seems the damage from monsters is still logged, but the HP is just fixed as indicated by the amount of AP you've invested in spark (30% HP when maxed). The equal amount of HP after the turn spark is activated is just difficult to ignore. With this logic, it's impossible to be killed twice at the same turn spark activates. If someone do, please check if you've enough SP to activate spark in the first place.

My perspective was wrong (as usual.) That's what I get for not crunching the numbers correctly.

What did I do that caused this?

I got a similar thing yesterday (27 EXP, I think) but when I checked the wiki it said Dawn doesn't work if you're in a battle when you trigger it, and I was at the battle complete screen. So I made sure that wasn't the case today but still got way less than 5% of the EXP to level.
