Have anyone kept track of the probability of getting Low/Mid/High materials from salvaging Fine and Superior qualities?

I've only ever gotten Low-grades from Fine, but Superior sometimes gives Mid-grades. Mostly Fine or nothing though for Superior.

sure you can, but only a piece of it, like low-grade

BT rounds have half the HP for 5/6ths the crystals, won't you get much better Crystals per hour on BT?

This is basically what I was thinking too.

it depends on how fast you can clear rounds. But for both BT-IWBTH you want to be able to do as many rounds as you can with max drop.

In long run, yes. By long run I mean playing for years and can do deeper rounds on higher difficulty.

Yes.
Almost all trainings are worth it, the question is just how high it is worth it.
I doubt there's anyone that's maxed out the adept learner and ability boost training. Just isn't worth it going past a certain level, since it starts to get extremely expensive for very little gain.

It's possible that someone out there might have maxed out some of the drop chance related trainings, but that last level must be extremely expensive.
lvl 33/50 of +2 loot drop is 507K for example.

Since this thread is named 'HV Questions Thread', I figured out I'd put my question in here;


This ---> "TABLE" <--- has 7 columns. The first column is about 'Challenge', the second is about 'EXP', the third is about 'Credits' etc.
I understand what these columns are about except sixth column which is the "Equipment Tier" - column.


The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Easy, the equipment tier is x0.5?
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Normal, the equipment tier is x1
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Hard, the equipment tier is x1.5
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Heroic, the equipment tier is x2
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Nightmare, the equipment tier is x2.5
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Hell, the equipment tier is x3
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Nintendo, the equipment tier is x3.5
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level Battletoads, the equipment tier is x4
The sixth colums says that for the challenge level IWBTH, the equipment tier is x5

As far as I know there's only 3 tiers to equipment; TIER 1, TIER 2 and TIER 3.

Edited that to 'equipment tier roll bonus' so to cause less confusion.

Just hit 200 and there seems to be a dramatic increase in difficulty for me. It seems like mobs do significantly more damage and now I'm struggling to get past even early arena rounds. Is this normal?

Also, how do I go about getting better gear? It seems like I've been wearing the same stuff for 100 levels.

I have a question about the Forge.
Let's say you got a random piece of equipement that gain a new PAB when leveling up in IW (or Swift Attack, or an elemental mitigation etc), now you can technically upgrade it in the Forge. What happens if you use Amnesia Shard on it after an upgrade ?

Yeah, pretty much.

When you hit lvl 200 you can meet all monsters, before level 200 you could only face monsters around the same level as you were.

Now you get to face Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen 501st, and due to how it picks monsters, you get to face that one a lot, and it hits like F-ing Firetruck on steroids.

And a few other big ones as well.


And yeah, better gear is tough.
Look in the WTS-forum for stuff, otherwise just hope for good drops and does the Trio and the Tree arena for the sapling.
