Yes. I sold an eth kite shield with around 30% block a long time ago.

I guess it was pretty rare? Tenb can probably confirm it. I definitely had one dropped for me, along with a kevlar battlecaster (of which I've only seen 3 of).
Edit: I tried to search my messages. I guess I deleted it... too old.
Maybe it was a battlecaster shield? hmm... It was about when mooglemail was implemented (and you were scavaging the bazaar for those 40k credit equips that won't even sell for 50 C nowadays.)

Pretty sure only weapons ever dropped as ethereal. BC Shields still do drop though, pretty sure I tossed a new buckler in the bazaar fairly recently.

I thought this was weird: Finally got level 200 today and achieved the rank of Godslayer. It suposedly gives -5% to interference and burden. When I activated the new rank, my burden actually grew with .2 instead of going down. Seems weird to me. -5% to burden and interference should be better than -3% right?

Equipment stats now scale with your level, Burden and Interference included; the more you level up, the more B/I you're going to experience.
Depending on your B/I, the bonus may have been offset by your increased level.

Phase is the only armor that can drop with EDB. In addition to this it typically has higher PABs then other cloth drops.

Also, does LotD matter? According to Loot Drop Rolls on the wiki, Tier Roll says trophies are pre-determined, but I do not know if this means they get the bonus in addition to the normal roll, or if they only roll with their own bonus.

Trophies get 0 effect from LotD.

That's just the thing. I was already level 200 before and didn't gain a new level.... but still my burden or interference went up when gaining the new rank. THAT's what makes it so wierd.

Ok. I was re-testing if this was actually happening or not and it might've been that my burden went down from , for example, 68.4 to 66.6 and somehow my eye interpreted that six to an eight. Or atleast that's the only explanation that I can come up with. Reading small fonts when tired... geez

I blame the idiots who are overpaying. If everyone made a conscious choice, a gentleman's agreement so to speak, to not pay more than a certain amount, then it would reign in the rampant inflation. But that would never happen, because there are no gentlemen here.

I tried to calculate it as (sum_of_armor_PMI) * (1.0004 ^ STR) * (1.0007 ^ END) * all_other_bonus_though_I_don't_have_any, but it doesn't match?

For example my stats are:
(10.78 + 13.68 + 10.15 + 12.58 + 9.26)*(1.0004^192)*(1.0007^199) = 70.06

But actually it shows 57.7
