I got the shatter strike back. It says requires 50% of overcharge to be used. Even though I do get more than 50% of of overcharge, it still won't let me use it. Can anyone help me with this?

1. Do you have 100 2H proficiency?
2. Did you use both Great Cleave and Rending Blow first?
3. Is the effect Chain II active when you tried using Shatter Strike?
4. Did you have more than 50 OC when your tried using it?

Question: do you receive fewer (or smaller) equipment proficiency gains on easy mode? Do you receive more, or larger, gains on hard, heroic, et cetera?

I've been tracking it and trying to find a statistically significant difference, but it's slow going.

No, difficulty has no effect on prof gain rate. Only the difference between your character's prof level and your current level matters.

For 2 handed skills, I've noticed that when I have when the tier chain has 0 turns left, sometimes the next chain skill will work, and sometimes it'll say chain has expired. Can anybody explain why?

Make sure you have sufficient overcharge for the skill. If you're using Spirit Stance, you need to have at least +10% more overcharge than needed by the skill to pull it off.

The answer from my end looks to be yes. While I don't have a specific record of the bonus from each individual piece of equipment, I do have a screenshot that I took last week and I haven't changed equipment since. It seems that my overall INT equipment bonus went from +173 to +226 and my WIS bonus went from +135 to +149. None of my stuff it over my level, so I didn't "grow into" any bonuses.

Any notion what could be an alternate cause of this? I'm explicitly only referring to the grey number.

I meant the non-Turtle items (dropped before patch change) that might or might not updated the stat buff as compensate for Turtle no dropping anymore, just like the last patch's

Does anybody know exactly how the new formula works in relation to extra exp for posts a day? It used to be 10 posts for 100%, but now do you just need to post once a day, every day?
